As a response to the OP and everyone agreeing: Did you guys research nothing before the game came out? There were countless gameplay videos and descriptions for almost every facet of the game prior to official release and after the NDA was lifted. It really sounds like most of you wanted a completely different game than what you spent $60 on.

Roleplay is the biggest appeal? Are you even serious?

A lot of ability delay and abilities straight up not firing but still activating appears to be tied to any ability off the GCD. Just try it out, use interrupts or your CC break multiple times while you level/PvP and you'll notice the GCD does not work properly 100% of the time. Too many abilities are tied to hard animations and prevent any other actions from taking place. Another example is Master Strike/Ravage for Knights/Warriors, multiple times the cast bar will appear and the animation will play, but no damage is done and the ability goes on CD. Sadly your character is still stuck in this animation and prevents any movement or use of other skills.

The whole point of using the CC break in the beginning is to survive the burst... Easier to reset the fight and then open again with his CC break down. You open the fight when he's at full health anyway, except now he has no way to survive the opening burst or break out of it.

A lot of the people complaining are those with absolute beast systems that run 100+ FPS outside warzones but chug at 10-15 FPS inside them. Yes, upgrading hardware may be an issue, but that's not the complaint most are having.

Your/our generation raised them that way. The only ones you should be frustrated with are your own peers.

Just as a question, what should I do to improve my performance? (Hopefully not a case of the weird FPS lag) Phenom IIX4@3.4 GHz 4 GB RAM GTX 260 Can only really run the game on low-medium settings and still get 60 FPS, this is expected. However when I enter a warzone my FPS drops down to 10-15 and turns into a near slideshow, pretty detrimental to a melee. I am planning to make an upgrade to the GTX 560 and upgrade to 8 GB of RAM in the near future anyway, but is my system really behind in the specs to make it chug in warzones like this? Disabled shadows, desktop themes/animations, running basic mode, etc. Pretty much everything I could think of to improve. Some of them did help in the fleet and in some larger battles, but warzones are still nearly unplayable.

You get more medals for filling multiple roles. The tank may get more medals, but he is doing two things at once: Guarding damage and dealing damage. You should be getting the same number of medals as any other pure DPS if you are not bad. If you are that desperate to make yourself look good and earn those trivial amount of commendations, then throw out some DoTs or aoe to stop caps or aid in focusing a target.

Somewhat off-topic. What are your computer specs? You seem to have zero FPS lag in warzones.

Every game is in development for years and every game comes out with things people don't like, glitches, bugs, etc. Quit playing video games altogether if it bothers you so much.

Actually you can't. The max number of boxes a player can obtain pre-50 is six. One to buy then max out War and Merc commendations.

I did read it. I'll play the entire game with one server and 10 other people if that's what it takes to get posters like you to stop making pointless topics and either play the game or unsub. I don't care about how many people play this game, it's about the quality, people like you drag it down and ruin the experience.

If you have a problem then just unsub and move on. It makes a much bigger impact and we don't have to see QQ topics over and over again.

I already gave you constructive feedback. Quit backpedaling like you have downs and zoom out the camera to give a better viewing experience for the viewer and open up your range of vision to improve your overall awareness. You serious dude? Common sense stuff here.

Grats I guess. If the only Warzone I got to play 99% of the time was huttball, I'd probably be the master of it too. Thank god I went republic.

Maybe if LoS actually worked I wouldn't have a problem with the one-button wonder class. But sadly I can get behind a pillar halfway through his cast and still get hit with the TM/HS missile combo at 30 ms latency and crit for half my health. Buff LoS imo.

After reading this long rant (Like it could be called a post), I've realized this isn't the game for you at all. If you have this many problems with the game, why would you even continue to play. You are asking them to change major mechanics to PvP to suit your complaints. The second you add rewards to world PvP you get griefing and kill-trading, things not in the spirit of PvP. Don't like the commendation set up? You don't want to do tons of warzones because you find it boring? Then why the hell are you doing PvP? You just want the gear to afk in the fleet or something? Makes no sense to me.

I really think there should be a way for PvP people to get access to the alloys without having to do PvE. Most of the crafted gear is useless to us anyway because of the lack of expertise but the grenades from cybertech and stims from biochem would be highly useful to those of us in PvP. Make it a rare drop from our weekly bags or something, make us buy them for 1000 war commendations. They're still BoP so it doesn't allow for farming of any kind and most of the artifact crafted gear is BoP as well. Just want crafting to have a purpose at max level for both aspects of the game and not just in PvE.
