It's ok OP, I can understand the concerns you have. Everyone else just likes to post their 1 vs. many stories where they took out five bads in a warzone and feel like the class is perfectly fine and anyone who says otherwise is a trash player and is "doing it wrong." Vanguard definitely have some issues in the damage and resource management department when they are not being the target of damage, a lot of procs are based off of the fact that we should be getting hit, but this is not always the case in a PvP scene. I feel your pain OP, I'm sure balance changes are in order down the road.

Anyone else getting broken queues on their servers? Every time we try to enter a WZ whether it be a group or solo it just DC's us and returns to the character select screen.

Uh... no flying mounts until 60 and the LFG tool is a waste of time for DPS classes while leveling. Having leveled more alts than I can count in WoW, I see more people in the various zones in this game during the few opening planets than I did in the 1-60 grind in WoW. You have to realize the bulk of people are at a much lower level atm. In a couple of weeks or so when you make an alt you'll see planets a lot more populated. Granted I was on Nar Shadaa and there were >200 people in the same zone. This may not be big by your standards, but it was a pretty big amount of people a few days into EGA.

Combat doesn't even come close to Watchman until 40+ when it gets Blade Rush, even then it needs 3/3 Focus Slash to really hit that high point and break even. Until then you're doing subpar damage with abilities that cost far too much without their associated talents.

No it doesn't. Has to be a Melee Attack, and even Cyclone slash only applies it to one enemy, not all hit by the AoE.

It's tied to abilities not on the GCD. Try it like this: Force Leap>Overload Saber mid-air>Then try to hit Zealous Strike as soon as you can A lot of the time it will activate the GCD for Zealous strike but the ability does not go off. It's happened a lot when I activate Overload Saver and try to use an ability too quickly afterward. This is the most reliable way I can give for people to recreate the pause.

Honestly, watchman spec is the absolute best for leveling atm until around 40 or so

Got to Alderaan after playing focus spec throughout Tatooine for a change of pace... Immediately had to switch back to the OP watchman spec simply because T7 (who has been outfitted with every upgrade in the book) dies in 0.5 sec against the big elites you are required to take down, Sith Apprentices, Cryo Soldiers, etc. Just wasn't pushing out enough damage to keep both of us alive by the end of the encounter. He still dies almost every time but this time I can come out with >50% health.

Any serious MMO PvP has tournaments where all the players are on equal terms and in equal gear. Talking about PuGs as serious PvP is stupid, but so is saying serious PvP can't exist in an MMO. If you watch tournaments of MMO's, all players are in equal conditions and it is definitely skill based. Not sure why you would think otherwise.

This has been happening on a lot of my characters, the animation will play but really nothing happens. Sometimes when I activate Master Strike the channel bar will appear but the character will just stand there and no damage will be done...

You serious? Sentinels are just like rogues in WoW. Keep up dots, keep the biggest damage dealers on CD, pool focus for burst management, etc. Don't kid yourself, if you believe this class is harder than what WoW offered then you are delusional. Pretty much even in terms of difficulty, just some people are rolling classes they shouldn't and finding it hard because they are attracted to being a Jedi instead of picking an actual playstyle that suits them.

My entire guild was assigned the server we're on now. We had no idea it would be as popular as it is now because no one knew. Not going to abandon our friends to be forever alone like other people. Sorry.
