A) you'll be now grinding the new pvp gear. The BM set will go cheaply to get as many people into the game as possible. B) that's how grinds work. You can thank every MMO for making you grind out pvp/pve gear only to have it discounted when a new set comes along to grind and grind for. That's endgame. Get over it.

yes, amusingly enough, everyone cried "nerf this" and "nerf that!" And now, the devs have! NOW you'll see "omgwtf im unsubbing!" pvp was actually fine, now it'll be a nice big mess. I can't wait to see how the devs deal with the deluge of hatred they're about to get. Oh, and these nerfs will also impact pve to one degree or another, and thye'll get angry retorts from the raider set too. We did warn them about all this starting way back in '08. I agree. the pvp is just fine here. Seems to me most of the QQers crying out for nerfs just want THEIR class to be unstoppable so they try to get any class that kills them nerfed.

after the way people treated Ilum, I think its clear open world pvp is a waste of time and resources.

lets get real. When it launched, Ilum was immediately abused. After it was made fair, it was low population -obviously not much interest. Now they've made it uneccessary and now its a ghost town. Personally, I think they should convert it into a WZ and scrap any waste of resources on future world pvp that no one clearly really wants.

Im tired of logging into the pvp forums only to see a schoolyard of namecalling, complaints and bellyaching. This class should be nerfed, that wz is fail, no new armor, need more armor, sorcs are op, juggs are op, tracer missiles are op, obi wan is op, WHO CARES. Can you come here with constructive criticism to improve the game? Give suggestions for WZs? make polite requests? If not, seriously, these forums need to be pruned and fast. Its really the only forum here on swtor that is stuffed with rants and complaints of this magnitude. Maybe the forums need some age restriction or tougher moderation. I dont know, but this really needs to end. If ti doesnt scare away new players, it annoys older ones for sure.

actually swg crafting was the only good part of the game. but it was a chore and a half. The best elements of it werre things we're not ever going to have here; housing and furnishings.
