    I am not surprised at all that the party jawa won, although I would have much rather gotten the throne or the carbonite. those are much more interesting to me. we already have a rhythmic augmentation droid. do we really need a party jawa too? Give us something to decorate our ships with instead of a random jawa-in-a-box. EDIT: I also vote no to playing a jawa. that is just silly.

    the next round consists of forced mergers. all the remaining characters on origin servers will be force-transferred to their destination servers, then the origin servers will be closed. At some point after that, they will offer paid transfers to any server.

    First off, I would ignore the above poster's rude and unhelpful response. Second, I would recommend upgrading the mobo, CPU and RAM. a newer mobo will give you better options as far as what other components you can upgrade to later. I've also heard that SWTOR is a more CPU intensive game so that would probably be more important for you to start with. anyone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    agree that artifice should be able to make augment kits, but not mods. Artifice gets to make hilts and enhancements (not to mention crystals) while cybertech gets armorings and mods. its not a good idea to have 1 crafting profession be able to make all the parts for some items as it would be unbalanced.

    totally agree with you there. was always nice to knock a enemies away from my sage when they run up behind me in a fight. don't really understand why this is necessary.

    buying the perk is the same as buying the piloting skill at a lower level. all you need to go with it is the better speeder.

    each event has its own sort of currency. the rakghoul event had dna samples, this one has tokens of enrichment. If you don't spend them all, I would hold onto them as the events tend to recycle (at least in other games). at the very least, they may be useful again at some point. if you have leftovers, you can just try and trade them to people who need more before the event ends.

    I would say social could be tied to account like legacy, but not valor. social does not impact anything but your look. valor impacts what gear you can acquire. you can't just roll a new 50 and buy campaign gear so you shouldn't be able to just buy war hero gear. Valor represents your skill with that character class so it makes sense to keep it individual per character.

    I'm sure its fine. A friend of mine who builds computers for a living gave it to me brand new. I think it's a corsair PS, but I'll check it out when I get home. what amperage would you recommend?

    This is really great to read. I'm currently building a new PC for swtor with very similar specs. I've purchased an i7 2700k CPU and plan to pick up a GTX 560 ti and 16 gb ram. I wasn't sure about the SSD to save some cash, but I think now I'll get one. Already have a nice 750W power supply.

    That's why I said he should retire the characters. If he retires them, there won't be a need to rename them because he won't be playing them anymore. Perhaps you should read entire posts before responding to them.

    Sorry you are quitting, but might I make a suggestion? Instead of quitting a game that you enjoy playing, why not roll a new character with a new name on a populated server? It would give this new character a unique identity and you could just retire your old characters, keeping their identities intact.

    well that is rather silly since you can sell those on the GTN and make money that way. you don't have to trade to do that.
