translucentwolf
This is the customer service that has kept me buying from Amazon for the past several years. They come through for customers. I would also like to thank Bioware for allowing Amazon to ship early, so that people can continue to play without delay.

Cormey
odd, my order still says: The following item will arrive after December 25, 2011 Shipping Estimate Wednesday December 21, 2011 Delivery Estimate: Friday December 23, 2011 - Thursday December 29, 2011
Skoobie
Speaking for myself, this is what I would hoped happened with regards to the no grace period mess. But I still feel for the others who are still getting shafted and feel that there still should be a grace period.
translucentwolf
so amazon has moved up the date of shipping the pre-orders... nice... but those of us that bought from them and redeemed our pre-order code long ago (8/12 for me) will still be getting our pre-play codes in email soon for our "access at least 5 days early" even before our physical disks arrive right? (yes I've already pre-downloaded the files as instructed by swtor) Nobody ever promised you at least 5 days, bub.

memyself
Thanks for posting the amazon link. My order hasn't updated yet, but it sounds like they just haven't gotten around to updating every order that was placed. It's reason like this that I do most of my shopping on Amazon...it also doesn't hurt that they usually give you promotional credits.
