Those are indivuduals, you can't really paint everyone on here with the same brush, you visit these forums too, does that make you a 'foaming at the mouth' loony? -

I actually have seen people outside of the forums complain about this. To me it shows that the forum, while being a place where people do go to air their grievances, is still a part of the community at large. So long as they are subscribing. -

Calm down. There's no need to break your capslock key, it isn't going to change my mind now, is it? You clearly have no ability to show empathy, i feel sorry for you. -

And you're being needlessly abrasive and not helping the conversation at all. Show atleast a modicum of empathy for them, please. -

I never asked if you care about the 30 free days, i asked if it makes you feel better to rub their nose in our winfall. This is what you are doing by arguing with them. something which i would think you'd also not really care about (why should you?). We shouldn't be tearing each other apart because of this, we should be banding together and asking questions. -

Speaking as someone who got the 30 free days, might i ask why you feel the need to berate those who didn't? does it make you feel better to rub our winfall in their noses and make the situation worse? -

Thanks Bioware. As you can see from this ever degrading thread, you've succesfully managed to split this commuity in two with exceedingly poor PR spin. Enjoy the fruits of your labour. -

Actually i think this is the problem right here. Bioware didn't have the balls to say it's because their endgame sucks, instead going for some 'loyal' wording to blow smoke up our collective arses. Unfortunately for them this has given those without a level 50 the percetion that they aren't considered loyal in Biowares eyes. This is what happens when a company screws up PR spin. Something that could have been mostly avoided by speaking plainly. -
If only it were that easy

That's got nothing to do with it. The line bioware drew for this is arbitrary and makes no sense, they have the ability to do it by days subscribed rather than highest level gained. They chose not to. And now with petty arguments like yours they are beginning to split this community they say they want to foster. -

Speaking as someone with a 50 and the free time i have to agree. It's a very odd and arbitrary point to give out a free month for. If they're giving out a free month due to level 50's complaining about lack of endgame then they're going to end up giving out a LOT of free months over the life of this game. EDIT: They talked about fostering a community when TOR was released. To me this seems like something that has the ability to divide that community. -
It all revolves around your legacy which is per server. Kinda sucks for me since i already have 8 toons hehe.

Elaborate.

Indeed he didn't. I was actually being nice in narrowing it down for him. "Worst patch ever" could include many things outside of gaming alone. It could be anything from patches for other computing applications to eyepatches, nicotine patches, people named 'Patch' and so on.
