Like most threads, these ones giving out about issues in the game fall off the front page and get forgotten, this is why BW never do anything, people seem to be quick to forget. Their ire seems to dissipate, or be redirected quickly. The reason I'm mentioning this is, we've seen the issue we had, and what happened. Anyone who plays BDO, would have seen they had an issue, that caused some people to have to redownload the game, just like some here. But not only were they quick to communicate, they also compensated their customers with 15 free days. I know no games/companies are perfect, but the difference in the way a similar issue was handled is astounding Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
