Dear Bioware/EA We all know mistakes can happen. Its what follows that is being judged. In this case, what I think is the subscribers, who pay in one form or another to play the game, would like to see a bit of "senior ownership" to: - Acknowledge the issue & apologize - Offer some recompense as many now need to waste a significant amount of time & bandwidth to reload (and its probably biased towards your older player base who aren't BITRAIDER/STEAM) - Explain why the issue happened and what is being done to minimize the chance of it happening again We all love the game, and I am sure the Devs do - but I'd like a bit of reassurance that the company cares about its reputation and is deploying sufficient resources to support the platform. Fair point, I don't have BITRAIDER but not STEAM. Gonna try a repair, but it downloaded about 40mbs or so

Agree a quick patch then boom. Restart no good. Searched twitter and Dev tracker no response as of 20:26 UK time. Come on SWTOR, Acknowledge the issue and get communicating please.

Bump. I agree with OP. My first toon got credit for masterwork weekly for the 2 WB but later ones didn’t get credit. As this is one one of the very few ways to get the crystals without PvP it is particularly disappointing. I did submit a ticket but I hope to raise the profile in the forums as this issue really takes the shine off the Ossus event - the grind is already hard enough without running the bug or droid 4 times in a row to hope for a credit. B

BioWare colleagues Lots of bug reports and having logged on with the weekly reset I can see the player base frustration. May I respectfully suggest some community engagement and messaging. We understand bugs and issues can happen but the scale of issues, allied with the run into the Holiday season, could reverse much of the positive feedback on this new content. I got my 252 boots and when I fitted it I noted the bonus set (Sorc Heals) didn't carry across to my other pieces - i.e. I went from 7/7 to 6/7 with the 252 showing 1/7 event though its all the same bonus set. I sent a bug report too. Very odd. B

Thank you for updates on patching the patch. I was wondering why the issues weren't picked up on the PTS? It seemed you were getting loads of testing done, so I thought you you might want to share with everyone about what lessons were learnt, and how we the players and you the devs can help each other in future testing opportunties. I'd for one find that communication reassuring. And thanks again for working over the weekend to get to the bottom of the issues. B

Hi Team I am one of the stalwarts since beta, and remember fondly(?) the server queues and a time before Cartel Market, when you were always broke, and sprint was level 15 or something. So I was wondering what, as magicians, you were going to pull out of the hat. I think I'd probably sum up the RoadMap as a good effort on the limited resources you have available. I also think the Team should be applauded for better communications. However, and I suspect this will chime with many, I think what the SWTOR community is after is a better feeling of how EA (and to a lesser extent BW) intend to see the platform develop. Its coming up to 6 years, so you sort of feel there's a decision point coming: invest in updating game engine, release a large content package, bring back (or attract) players for another number of years. Or simply keep dribbling stuff out with a small team. You may argue by declaring your hand for the latter, you'll spark an exodus. I'd argue that by not doing the investment, you're bringing the "decline" into focus anyway. What I can't understand though is the IPR for Star Wars is big business; we're getting a new movie every year; the community love the universe - surely some targeted investment, to coincide with releases, is a winner for everyone? Sure, there'll be some risk on the margin for EA, but 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing? I hope this helps your discussions with the executives. B

Yes just happen to me too. Seems like an Imp Agent issue, I have completed no problem with other toons. Submitted ticket but I guess I just....wait. Can't understand why 4.1 was so buggy - oh yes, we don't PTS very much now, do we? B

I suppose to put a positive spin on the thread, I do get a sense of satisfaction when a newbie group actually listen and respond to advice and thus progress the FP. Fortunately in my experience this is the norm. Conversely, those that don't usually rage quit rather than accept their sub-optimal contribution is causing a wipe. Usually the poor chap/chapess that parachutes in to replace them is miles better, thereby confirming what the rest of the group knew. I guess, how long should you wait before a kick? Is there an accepted protocol like 3 strikes and out? B

Hey OP I have a 450 Artifice and have the purple crystal in my schematic list. You have to be level 50 to wield them. I bought a few purples off Gtn (45k on Shadowlands server) and reverse engineered them. I haven't tried RE HK-51 crystal for a level 36 . Maybe someone else knows if you can. If you do have one, if you have a weapon bind to legacy then you can fit the crystal and email between toons. Hope this helps - and I'd say 45k for a crystal off Gtn is easier than 2 million! B

I enjoyed reading the various inputs and agree with most, if not all, of them. I've done all roles and I'd echo what several others have said: I'll help and advise those who will listen and use my abilities to the best to help us progress. However, what I really do hate (esp as heals) is a Tank that charges off and doesn't let me heal them or restore my energy - funny they end up with a big repair bill when they finally take a pull to far. I agree with a number of the contributors: teamwork! B

Well, I'd really like to move my toons from the US server to a European one as the timezone precludes raiding with my guildies. It can happen...just think it took over 2 years to fix the CTD on Black Talon and Esseles transition but eventually they have so anything is possible with a bit of time and player pressure. B

Yes please interested in a us-Europe toon transfer or 6! Update please!
