SuperJason Posted February 1, 2021 Share Posted February 1, 2021 I'm not griping, just genuinely curious. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago, and still have not received a response yet. Just curious for anyone who has submitted a ticket recently that did receive a response, what was your response time before CS got back to you? My apologies if this is not the right forum for this type of question. The only other potential was the Bug Report, and my ticket did not involve a bug. Thanks for this information. It's not something that would be considered urgent, but this helps if I need to send a follow-up after so long to check on the status. You could have one ticket that receives a response in 24-hours, and one that receives a response in 120-hours (5-days), and that is still an average response time of 72-hours.
