I'm not griping, just genuinely curious. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago, and still have not received a response yet. Just curious for anyone who has submitted a ticket recently that did receive a response, what was your response time before CS got back to you? My apologies if this is not the right forum for this type of question. The only other potential was the Bug Report, and my ticket did not involve a bug.

The money earned in operations is very weak right now when you kill bosses. When you start replacing more gear with epic quality items from, and happen to die multiple times in an operation clearing it, the repair cost is insane, with little cash rewards from those bosses you bring down to help cover those cost. Some of you may counter with "well there's dailies that you can do" and while that is true, that doesn't take away from the fact that the money earned for boss kills is still very low. Just a suggestion I'd like to see improved upon, thanks for listening

Granted, I'm rolling a Merc now after having an Assassin and Powertech at 50 already because I want a pure range class. My Merc is only lvl 26. At this level, TM does feel a bit like spam simply because I have to wait every 5 levels to truly unlock the benefits that go along with it (aside from the armor reduction). I try to mix in unloads, rail shots and fusion missles to maximize on what I can offer at this point, but recently switched to Pyro (my PowerTech was this build leveling, and loved it). I will probably wait until I unlock more talent points before switching back to Arsenal as right now I'm preferring mobility. All that being said, nothing beats killing someone with an upgraded rocket punch, sending them flying, especially off a ledge

I swear by Pyrotech, but Thermal Detonator doesn't affect groups =)

This is a bug that I experience as well. For example, the Pilgrimage quest has been in my log since lvl 15 and I'm unable to abandon it. This quest is part of the Revanite quest line which I have already completed. I remember logging in the next day and the quest was in my journal again, but I'm unable to abandon it, and even if I reset it, I can only get back to the Pilgrimage part of the line. When you speak to the NPC it directs you to, he simply says something like "I hope your meeting with the master went well" and that's it. I have about 6 other quests from the different planets combined that are like this as well. My main has been lvl 50 now for a little over a week, so I've had to dump some heroics along the way to make room for new quests.

Run a hard mode flashpoint or normal operation, check out your rewards vendor and look at what color the saber is

That actually looks more like the commendations chest piece you get for 8 korriban commendations before they changed the graphic on it for the Thanksgiving weekend beta. During the 11/11 weekend test, I had that chest piece, and when I rolled another SI for the Thanksgiving test, they changed the graphic from what you see to a standard chest piece minus the cloak/hood The date that video was posted along with the players lack of skills on the bar lead me to believe he's low level and just has that chest piece

Launch is December 20th, what part of them letting you in before that time don't you like?
