Got kicked out arround 2 hours ago an since then the launcher is stuck on login service currently unavailable but since i cant find any info on that i assume thats not really the case. And no there are no special Zones where the failures occure - it can almost happen everywhere. Maybe the servers are to crowded or there are hardware failures. However, what ever... It might be midday at your place but the madness always starts at 19:xx. Loading screen is stuck at 2/3 when logging into a character.
