Ive heard they drop in hypercrates but ive had no luck with them. I was able to acquire a few from the casino's on Nar Shaddaa previously, but have had no luck since. I have 3 slot machines in my Nar Shaddaa stronghold on Sat and SF. Be warned, it can take a while. I got one certificate after buying 100 tokens, and one buying 300 tokens. It's been quite a while since I've gotten any that way. The main way to get them now is the Casino Event, but that's over now. Unfortunately, I discovered too late, that there are some mounts and pets I want for my collection, that require CMCs. The requirements for some of the items that currently need CMCs may be changed with the upcoming expansion. they drop more from the older crates (possibly the first 3 or 4 sets), {some are still on the gtn but are about 300 mill or so}, not sure they actually drop from the newer bunch, although ultimate crates are different, and seem to have everything available to drop.. Also the slot machines drop them, but as someone said, they are very rare. I'm on starforge, and most of my chars have allies open, so if you shout out there, and i'm on, i can invite you to my stronghold, as I've 3 placed together, so you can spin to your hearts content without moving...lol Edited September 25, 2019 by DarkTergon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I used to get some from hypercrates too, from 2 to 6, but last one (after a few month without buying them) i got cero, nada. You will have to suffer with the contraband slot machine that has even lower chances. All the stuff is still there, the cartel stuff is in the baazar, and the stronghold guy is still in the stronghold section. Unless you are talking about other stuff that i missed? No idea how many tokens that took but in all that time I got not a single cartel market certificate. People saying that it is like 1 in 100 are dreaming. I got a bunch of CMCs during the Casino Event and needed the rep to use them. I used the contraband machines to get that rep, 0 to max and not a single cert from the machines, just the rep items I needed. I see no reason to ever use those machines again. Balameb Posted September 30, 2019 Share Posted September 30, 2019 a lot, no idea how much, but you can bet it'd be millions. Rep is very easy now. I think it used to take a lot because there were several different Rep to increase and if you wanted one in particular it could take a while. But now there is only a single one and all the old rep items drops and work for it. So its not very expensive. Still, as there is a weekly cap it will take a few weeks to max rep.
