I'm most proud of the rock garden on the balcony, it took me some time to get it right. Hope you like. PS. I would dearly love to have more hooks come available for the apartments on Coruscant and Dromund Kaas. I could do so much, if I had more. ^^ Lovely as always And I agree! Thanks! ^^ I don't really think there is a wrong way to decorate, it's just a matter of investing the time and patience to tinker with things, and saving up the credits or do crafting to get the needed items to do the decorating. Anyone can do the rock garden, you just need a lot of the Dromund Kaas Boulders, or for a slightly more desert look, you can use the Voss boulders along with more pr.ic.kly plants like the octagave plant for a more south west looking garden. I'll see what I can throw together on Tattoine when I get some time. My main approach to it all, is don't be afraid to experiment and if it doesn't come together one way, there is more than one way to skin a bantha...keep at it until it's what you want it to be. It's not just the arrangements/placements of the decorations, but you've done a wonderful job with color schemes as well (sorry, "colour" schemes). The rock garden really does stand out and now I want to try something like that, possibly on Rishi or Manaan, since I don't have either of those to 100% yet. I used that same wall to make the Coruscant apartment into an actual apartment (the giant penthouse McMansion just didn't fit for the character I was making it for) by blocking off the hall on the main floor, but I might do the same thing on DK where I use the garage as a prisoner holding/torture/interrogation/disintegration area. Thanks, Trixxie! ^^ For a lot of it, I just grind any of the stuff that's come up with reputations. In the rock garden, most of the plants and the tree are from Nathema FP, that I solo in story mode. I've picked up a lot of decorations there, and also bought some on the GTN from others who have done that FP. The other plants are a mix of plants you can get from the crafting droids (universal, industrial, synthetic) and the boulders are from the Martial droid. The large Jedi fountain, I picked up by maxing out the Ossus reputations. There are a lot of decos to be bought from the vendor, as well as random drops from kills. Paper lanterns come from doing the Copero flashpoint. For House Inrokini! The statue in the 'ballroom' is an Alderaanian Nobility Statue and I bought that from the vendor that sells Conquest decorations. I can't do a lot of the conquest by myself, but I can grind out the money to buy the war supplies off the GTN or craft some of them, so that I can use them as currency to buy the decos on fleet. It's expensive doing it this way, but it's what I do. I also have one toon that's just past Battlemaster and with her, I can buy the pvp decos on fleet. The glowing cave ferns come from the Rakghoul event, again it's a matter of grinding out the reputation and saving up the canisters to buy the decos off the jawa. The Sith bed, by Lord Scourge, the headboard is made from the Sith mantel piece you can get through the reputation vendor on Oricon. The other part of the headboard is a Senator couch, you can get off the crafting droids and the Sith lamps and bench are from cartel packs, that I either bought myself off the CM or off the GTN. The red rugs I like, Senator's Rug are cartel market certificate items, and I bought a crap tonne of rugs and just about all I could when the certificates were readily available. I saved them from my pack purchases and from when they were better available from the slot machines. I've also some decos from the Gree decoration vendors as well. And Voss. Lifeday Event for Wampa rugs. Pretty much as soon as new soloable content comes out that has a reputation, I go like a fiend and max them out ASAP so I can get decos.
