Its less than 6 months into SWTOR, and where are all these guilds from flurry that talked all that smack here on the forums especially BLEED in pre-launch?

 

This thread needs more drama!

 

Hss DC had a wedding ingame yet?

hey Bro, I think they went to Helm of Graush...spelling is probably wrong. Not sure they are still playing but that was the server they went to I believe. I think Roe went imp and Chipz is probably with Tux.

 

Guile went to Bondar Crystal, wasn't my decision but I got out voted. Wish I had put up a better fight though.

pvp is okay not great (no world pvp from what I know of) but warzones do pop fast and the flurry guild is massive like 10 people on at any time of day.

 

But i will add I hate the way the republic looks the imps r so much better....

also wheres ravost at now?

We are playing with the Rev dudes on the Dreshdae cantina server. Imps are gay

Awesome to see so many made the move here from Flurry.

 

And yes i joined way back in 09 here and beta tested too lots but lost acct info and that email associated to it rofl doh!!!!

No DC weddings from what I've seen but they are worse at this game than SWG.

 

See a lot of Bleed in wz's but not much of the original Bleed anymore. U less its their alts that get treated with less respect than a PuG.

Technically, Guile went to M. Zhar Lestin, and renamed Cuy'val Dar.

 

MZL server is pretty much lame, with little to no real competition when it comes to PvP. constantly pulling 350k+ @ >50 w/ >2 deaths per round is not very challenging.

 

is there an "official" Flurry Server that, once server transfers are in, we can agree to call home?

 

beating up on Quistes over and over is getting old :p

 

i'd be willing to reroll as well, if there is enough action!!

MoB is on Bondar Crystal serever but its way dead here, when you guys decide on a Flurry home I'm sure most or all of MoB will go there as long as pvp is tight, would love to see some of you as red dots again :)

i agree! MOAR drama!!

 

i really have fun PvP'n...but, it means nothing beating up on nobody's.

 

i'd really like to have some competetion/comradery.

Sub 50 on my alt, it's almost insta queue. 50 plus you've gotta wait 5 minutes or so.

 

Need more pubs, come aboard.

 

Also, Cannot wait to fight the rest of the flurry guilds cross server but it'd be better if you make it to HOG.

I would say HoG is the unoffical NGE Flurrian server (or at least it has the majority of players that I saw from flurry) But we will see what happens with this game after this joke of an update

Think when the hype of 1.2 settles down we will make an alt guild on HoG for fun. Primary is still on Vulkar Highway which is still heavily populated mostly because of smack talking and even repub/emp population. We also have a huge community of bloggers and podcasters. Having <Nothing Gaming> with their website and podcasts has helped keep the server alive and balanced. Good dueling community and premades pretty much all day. We initially rolled an repub alt guild on Port Nowhere, but we were not smart enough to know that all those pre-cu crap talkers in pre-launch were full of hot air. That server's empire went to the toilet fast.

 

Still good to see the mainstay of flurry on one server with HoG. That some have been here since 2003 and still kicking has to bring a smile.

I'm really hoping they do some kind of server merge where you can choose between a bunch of servers. Right now although pvp ques are non existent on port nowhere reb side its getting really dull killing the same people over and over. Sometimes we get into a game and see someone from dc or bleed we want to make miserable but over all its same thing again and again.

I'm playing imp too, but there is a lot more wrong with this game then just faction imbalance and broken classes... I have never felt more restricted in a video game than I do in SWTOR.. everyone looks the same, classes are restricted to one type of weapon, the planets are just a series of bland corridors and MOBs that just stand around idly, the quests are the same fetch and slaughter x bad guy quests we've had for years (but now with voice overs so it takes you ever longer to grind through them!), invisible walls everywhere, and Huttball is the stupidest thing ever.

 

Back to BF3 for me.

 

You are one of those people who, when given a hundred dollar bill, would complain about how wrinkly it is or how dirty it is. Would you rather go back to post-NGE SWG for your Star Wars MMO?

Its a roller coaster population. One day its great the next day its only during primetime. With no real feel of community on most servers because of how bad these forums are setup and the divide between factions makes pvp almost too much work. Throw in bioware's lack of experience with mmo pvp and people come and go even more. TERA is half the skill of AoC combat system and know a huge chunk of our original AoC guild is playing that only because there is nothing else to play. GW2 is a disaster of a pvp game, had so much potential and they killed it with changes and having to que for everything. Going to have to tough it out and hope for transfers in swtor and server merges next month. SWG-EMU had a very promising update letter 2 months ago, but as we all know its tab target. Will have to ride out swtor for the next 3 years as CCP finishes world of darkness or get sucked into the hype of firefall.
