loud_skies Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 AddOns & Mods are indeed a touchy subject. I would like to see policed and Authorized AddOns for sure! Perhaps a DPS Meter? a Bag organizer? I am going to make an educated guess that BioWare didn't allow AddOns to be created was simply because there were things that imbalanced the Game with AddOns, If you played different MMO's there were specifics, such as 'Deadly Boss Mods', It pretty well played the game for you, telling you where the boss is going to attack next, what attack hes going to use, who hes going to use it on, how much damage that attack will do, the likelyhood that the attack will kill the player... It is Crazy! However for sure! I would love to see policed addOns! Maybe Authorized by BioWare? as I said earlier! AddOns are indeed; a Touchy subject! Nah we know they dont play the game for you. But they do put a coach in your corner telling you what to do, when to do it, how often to do it, when NOT to do it. I really think that the game wil benefit from user add-ons and mods. Healing will be easier; DPS meters are useful in raids and hardmode flash points. I just wanted to point this out...
