But please not such a simple, cheap one..... Something great... amazing..... and please not such a ugly fat bling bling styled Rancor Or maybe some extremely good styled armor sets.... with a style... like they have been made from a top designer.... This game has so many players who dont give a *beep* for PvP. It was stupid to give away this Rancor for Ranked PvP, because not everyone was playing the way which was intended. So your solution is to give every non-pvp toon a mount? Why? Why give them something for not doing anything. Or why punish those that maybe do 1 or 2 pvp matches a week but don't do ranked. They put nice mounts in the highest difficulties in Raids. Until now PvP hasn't gotten a nice mount like what most operations give in NiM mode. Huh...what's wrong with all the various EXCLUSIVE speeders from Operations? Those are strictly for PvEers who complete the hardest settings. Rewarding players for NOT participating in any other part of the game is just stupid. That encourages people NOT to branch out and try other things...which is 100% counter productive to an MMO. If you actually put this on paper, it`s the PvP crowd who needs a few freebies, not the other way around. And before you start trying to say something, yes, just as YOU have the right not to engage in PvP, so do THEY have the right not to engage in PvE. Never mind OP, BioWare won't listen to such stupid suggestions, s/he could just as easy have asked for a mount for people who never did a flashpoint. They gave those mounts to the top-ranked pvpers who, and I'm sure you have no clue about this, bust their backsides to obtain that level of gear and skill. The rancor is a reward, not a gift. You want something similar you can only get through pve? There's flashpoints on HM and operations on HM and NM. Quit being lazy and go to work if you want the awesome, rare, unique mounts. Get one mount and people go ape. I didn't even get the mount cause I just recently start PvPing. But it's all fair game, they participated in the event and got rewarded. Not smart mechanics. people got mad because for once pvp got a cool mount everyone wanted and everyone went berserk pretending it was unfair to pve people, even though they are getting their own rancor mount in 2.8 on nightmare mode, and even a simplistic cartel version is coming soon. I do not understand why the OP seems so butthurt (only way it can be described), the pvpers who got the rancor worked for it, it was not a free gift, and pveers will be getting a rancor mount of their own so even if the OP doesn't give a **** about pvp there will still be opportunity to get one, and the op discounted the fact that pve has many mounts that drop from pve, the latest looks like a Sithy jetpack. Getting angry on the forums and shouting that every non pvper should get a free mount that no pvper will ever get because only the best of the best pvpers got a rancor mount is ridiculous.
