Not many people on our server that i can talk to about balance..... Slowly figuring it out. That should give you a hint that its not a great PVE spec. I rocked the sin forever and love it, if you want to be viable in PVE the full deception or a hybrid specs are the most sustainable. Full deception/inflitration is very proc heavy and requires you know how to push your deeps at all times, they are excellent in burn phases but keeping up with the others to get there is the challenge. One of the biggest is that voltaic slash is now averaging more per hit than thrash was when I wrote that guide. So replace thrash with voltaic. Once the OP updates the leader boards my "un-viable" balance spec will be 2nd, so i wouldn't say it's "not a great pve spec". Technically a shadow/assassin is not a great pve spec. At the moment, balance/madness spec IS the higher parsing class. Some boss fights are better for one class or the other, both are viable. Once and IF they fix the broken pve relics (Arc/UW/KD), will balance still out parse infiltration/deception? Thats what i would like to know.....
