Imp side Tank looking for NiM progression group. The group I was in had some folks leave the game and we were losing people faster than we could try and look to replace them to make any real progress. Current progression: 4/5 DF NiM, 10/10 DF/DP HM, 4/5 TFB NiM, 3/7 S&V NiM. Have 7 55s, and all 3 tank classes. Both my PT and Jugg are fully BiSed with sprinkles of 186 throughout. Looking to raid weekdays with a start time of 7 PST or later. Hit me up in game or respond here if interested. There are also 2 DPS from the group I was running with who are also looking for a new group, if spots are available for them as well even better.

I am the GM of <Sinister> 200+ member casual/social guild, and have all of my main raiding toons in another progression guild where I am also a council member. Never had any issues or complaints.

that 3200 number is a bit ambitious for hard modes in my opinion. I don't want anyone to be discouraged that isn't breaking 3k. Although I almost always tank, my sorc is parsing right around 2700 w/o using adrenals and 3100 with adrenals if I really focus on the 1 mil dummy w/ debuff and HM is a joke on that guy.

It's also the reason there is no true progression race in this game. If you've downed the bosses on the PTS and then clear them again when they go live thats not progression for your guild/group, thats closer to farm lol.

This is awesome and what makes the game fun. Nobody better complain because open world full on pvp wars are amazingly fun. So what you couldnt farm your dailies in 5 minutes like you normally can, thats not fun.. ganking pubs is fun

That should give you a hint that its not a great PVE spec. I rocked the sin forever and love it, if you want to be viable in PVE the full deception or a hybrid specs are the most sustainable. Full deception/inflitration is very proc heavy and requires you know how to push your deeps at all times, they are excellent in burn phases but keeping up with the others to get there is the challenge. One of the biggest is that voltaic slash is now averaging more per hit than thrash was when I wrote that guide. So replace thrash with voltaic.

No. I have been playing since a month or so after launch on this server. So you are just saying that anybody on the server that disagrees with you doesnt know what they are talking about. Got it. I agree with these people if it is on the standing that you are not better than any of us just because you clear it first. You only get on the server progression threads because you start wiping on the content the minute it comes out on the PTS and are eagerly awaiting the patch to clear it right away so have already figured out the mechanics etc.. clearing it as soon as the patch is released only means that your group has the ability to modify their raiding schedules at the last minute to accommodate the patch release. It doesnt make you any better than the 10 groups that clear the content after you if they put in the same or even less amount of pulls on it. Personally I dont think there is even close to a true progression race on this game. If it were real they would release the content to everyone as a general release and see who could figure out the mechanics first without having any prior exposure to it. Your group would still probably be near the top of the list because of the last point above but still doesnt make you any better than the other groups who clear it. Also, realize I am just having fun and getting in on the #rage

I think Carl is channeling his inner novelist because these posts are longer than some school essays I used to write. Anyways, why talk down to every person on the server Carl? You have no idea what kind of raider most of the people are who are posting here. You have never ran with them and have never attempted to try to engage them to see if they are quality raiders. One point we can agree on is that it isn't gear, time devoted, or memorizing tool tips that makes a good raider. Its the mindset they bring and the attention to detail they have for the fights. Anybody can read a guide on dulfy and pretend to know the fights by regurgitating it verbatim and they may even have the df/dp hm cheeves but hey so did itsrambo and we all know how great of a raider he was..

You couldve got your answer in half as many keystrokes from Google as you used to type your rage message. CDT = -5 Arizona = -7 So if it starts at 8:00 CDT you subtract 2 and get 6:00 P.M. Hope that wasnt too much math for ya

I have run into this before and had people tell me I couldnt roll because I'm over geared. My response is well would you prefer I drop out of the group and stop main tanking carrying your group through this content? Response is always no. It is completely unfair to expect someone to pass on all rolls because you are undergeared compared to them. Just because they put in more time and work on thier characters doesnt mean they dont deserve any loot for doing the same amount of work you do. I drop out of pugs constantly because I flat out tell them this before we start, if its on ML I make sure they know that I will be rolling for alts or even just to vendor because I'm not going to farm an S&V HM for pugs that I will probably never run with again.
