Then again.. local lighting in this game messes with colors a lot. Which generally, I am fine with.. but a light saber.... wait for it.. EMITs LIGHT... and if anything it should be a light influencer, not be influenced by local light. It's a freaking light source, not a light sponge. Reno_Tarshil Posted August 22, 2013 Author Share Posted August 22, 2013 Having had to reinstall the game and download the patch I have finally entered into the game to preview this crystal for myself. On the preview screen up close is a dark orange but when zoomed out it looks red. I don't have one in-game to see how it holds up under various lighting. Someone at Bioware, please check the color vision of your peeps. And while your at it, Fix the Green crystals to what they were at game release. Kontraz Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Technically you could refer to orange as a variant of red (going by either primary colors red, yellow and blue or chemically visible colors of red green and blue) so that part checks out. As for blood, well, this is Star Wars so it could be alien blood of some kind, and that could be pretty much any color. but yes, the name is misleading. I expected a darker red.
