  1. I'm running into a new issue I don't think has been discussed yet: the conquest open pop up for me at least, now appears directly behind lovely "This Guild Controls this sector" pop up, that's not closeable or resizable in any way either. So now if I'd like to open the pop up, I can't because the other pop up is in the way. This is madness, why was this allowed to be put live?
  2. Monday, everything was working fine, gear and drops were progressing normally, currently I have a character with an iRating of ~ 290, mix of 284/286/292 mods and pieces. Since the update I'm getting gear drops in HM flashpoints/Veteran/Master boxes that are either the wrong discipline or are blue 270/276 pieces. I even managed to pick up a Masterwork 258 mainhand instead of anything at or above the iRating.
  3. I Have a 60 inch monitor, and it still looks like poodoo.
  4. It feels super clunky and unnecessary, we did not need it. What could have been done, is retooled Recklessness for a stackable damage boost if that's what they're going for, I just don't see the thought process behind this.
  5. Needless change. I don't really post in the forums anymore, but don't fix something that ain't broken. Personally, I feel the whole new interface look for gear etc is hideous.
  6. Over the years, prices have been going up, and up, and up. Long time players have credits to burn because we really don't have a place to dump credits. Sure, you can drop a ton on a new shiney Stronghold when they come out, but then what do you do in the meantime? People post those huge prices, because someone out there can pull the trigger on them. Also like previously stated, credit transferring and some dubious looking behavior too. On the flip side, I agree, some things are pretty ridiculously priced, unlocks/boosts are out of the realm of affordability for prefered people. I'm on Satele Shan too (Long live The Ebon Hawk) and I've been dumping armor sets, speeders and weapons on the GTN as their default price. Trying to clear out the pack explorer page, I don't give a hoot if anyone flips them, I am all out of hoots.
  7. When worn together the Callous Conqueror's Mask and brand new Sinister Warrior's Belt severely twist and warp the character model into a nightmare horror. Each can be worn separately without issue, but together is a no-go.
  8. I kinda figured this would be the norm. Mirroring my thoughts in another thread that had been since deleted. If your end goal is a BiS FULL set of 242 set bonus gear, the ultimate carrot on this poodoo stick (I'm not debating what it's for, or if you really need it, just the fact of actually acquiring it.) You have to grind through Tier 1 and Tier 2, and start your planning once you hit Tier 3. Did you get enough schematics to fill voids left by RnG, do you have enough credits to buy from crafters to fill holes in your gear to keep you "viable" if you're one of the few Raiders left? 240 pieces are starting at 7 Million per mod do you have enough overhead (~175 million at current prices, for 240 mods in all slots, in case you're REALLY unlucky and received nothing) The real depressing mess hits once you've finished rank 300. You're simply grinding, and grinding to fill holes. Relying on the blessings of RnGesus. When the Devs first said people "should" have a full set by rank 300 I nearly choked on my drink. Everyone knew better. The proposed catch up/unassembled pieces in 5.1 will not be enough. I will never understand why they didn't incorporate the system that is used in pre-level 60 heroics. Here's your Tiered choice of blue boxes, pick one and open it. Have the RnG roll if it's blue/green/purple/purple set piece from there. That way, you're always getting some kind of armor piece and lessen the feeling of hopelessness, and also using the RnG to extend the shelf life, so when you get an upgrade, it feels like an upgrade. The heroic gear was one of the single smartest moves I've seen this company make, I've never understood why they don't follow through and expand on the good. Keep this in mind. Say in 6 to 12 months they decide to raise the level cap again. Will there be a Tier 4, forcing people to do this all over again? This is madness, and it needs an overhaul. I'm rambling, but rabble rabble rabble.
  9. I'd like to ask, WHY was a survey sent out, when you've had all your feedback to 5.0 here, right here in the forums prior to 5.0's launch?
  10. Here's what irritates the hell out of me, which I see as an upcoming reality for a lot of players. A guy slogging through Tier 1. Ends up with a 230 Set piece bracer. does not get another set piece from Tier 1. Hits 101 and is now working on Tier 2, RNG is with him throughout the Tier 2 grind, and he gets 3 240 set pieces, and nothing else. Grinds all the way to Tier 3. The CXP levels are coming slower and slower, he finally gets a 244 set belt. My worry, you have to intentionally gimp yourself wearing different ratings on your armoring (230/240/244) if you want a full set bonus, while trudging slowly through the last tier hoping you'll end up with replacement pieces for the pieces you already have with a lower rating, if you want to min/max your gear.
  11. Here's hoping companions will keep up walking with me.
  12. Have you ever had a McRib? They had TOP MEN working on meat product engineering.
  13. Combined over 2 characters (I crafted my *** off for 228's prior to even starting Galactic Command, so I'm not reliant on this system.) 14 crates total, 1 Green modable gloves (220), 2 of the "revanite" sabers, the rest was schematics I can't use/doubled up on, and jawa scrap. Seeing 230 pieces hit the GTN, I ask myself, what the hell's with all the alacrity?
  14. Check it out. I tried to unlock an armor set, I had about ~400 or so coins this morning. Went to unlock a set and this popped up. I hope it gets fixed, because being negative nine quadrillion two hundred twenty three trillion three hundred seventy two billion thirty six million eight hundred fifty four thousand seven hundred seventy five cartel coins would really suck. I don't think there's enough money on the planet to cover that bill.
