Well, I'm not sure exactly which rifle he's using cause the colors on it are a bit different, but that's the same model as the E-313 Heavy Repeating Disruptor sold by the Specialty Goods vendor on Tatooine. Which is fully modable. If I remember correctly, it requires level 28 or 29 to use it when you buy it from the vendor, and it's around 18 or 20k.

Ok so i dont know the exacting names of my armour but..ill give it a shot and you imagine it

 

Helmet is the Electrum Onslaught armourmech helmet. You know the scount trooper one

Chest is the Echelon one from Malestrom Prison

Arms Im not sure i think its the was ultra something. Basic styling of armguards most Rep NPC troopers wear.

Legs is the normal armour style every trooper has not the flat ones

and lastly the feets are the Recruit Supercommando boots. I intend to change that.

 

Finally its all chest unified so its a black/brown colour that i will change once i get that red chest from a courscant heroic.

You can get the blaster rifle from the Specialty Vendor on Tantooine for something around 11.5K creds. I know, I have one and I'm a Gunnery Commando...that's how good it looks!

Most of that armor is indeed level 40 PVP armor. Best set in the game IMHO. However, I got the chest drop from the final boss in Maelstrom.

M1-4X: Random droid bits, almost all upgradeable.

Tanno Vik: TT-15B Vanguard set, with TT-16A Powered Assault helmet. (Still looking for the TT-15B helmet...)

Elara Dorne: TH-15A Field Medic set, and Elegant Modified Blaster Pistol (Augmented).

Hadriel Caradhras: Full RD-17A Phalanx set (ouch, my wallet hurts), and E313 Heavy Repeating Disrupter.

Aric Jorgan: Full RD-15B Commando Armor (the boots are wrong in this picture, I fixed it), and A-405 Wraith Projector.

Yuun: Full RD-16B Enforcer set.

 

I tried to get a distinct look for all of my companions, coming to the conclusion that this squad is more like the A-Team than Easy Company. What do you think?

Well, as far as a lot of people using the E-313, it's probably one of the best looking rifles in the game. So I'm not surprised to see a lot of folks using it. I even considered using it on my Imperial Operative (if I ever get them to Tatooine to buy it)

Possibly, I honestly don't remember. I thought Tanno was a civilian specialist attached to the squad, and Yuun was only a part of the squad for such a short time that he hadn't gotten his promotion yet.

 

Also, when your Operative dings 50, find an Armstech willing to make you a Rifle of the Skyraiders. It has the same model as the M-500 Nova Disintegrator, with cunning mods instead of Aim.

I have an armstech character, and already made one of those rifles for the Operative.

 

More on topic, I took another pic of color matched Colossus armor Here.

Colossus helmet, gloves, legs and boots, matched to a chest piece from the Corellia commendations vendor. Forget the exact name, but it's Vanguard tank spec, pretty sure Vanguard's in the name as well.. Oh, and the Battlemaster Supercommando belt, it kind of fit the color scheme already.

I've wanted the Commando Elite Chestguard for ages, but I've never been able to find the schematic or actual chestguard on the GTN, and none of the crafters I've asked have had the schematic. However, I finally found a guy who would make it for me and it looks REALLY cool.

 

Surprisingly, it doesn't unify to black and white. It actually unifies to white, gold, and black. This means that a lot of my gear now has gold trim. It's a really, really cool look, and I actually feel like an officer now. Screenshot (sorry about the bad lighting).
