  1. Codex Entries should be Legacy wide. I'm on the fence about the stat bonuses. Matrix Shards should definitely NOT be shared. You should have to go get those on each character that you want a cube on.
  2. I want to say it's in the Foundry flashpoint, but I'm not 100% on it. There's a hidden room that's off the map. You come to a corner area with a few enemies in a lowered section, and off to one side of that lowered section there's a hole/gap/doorway kinda thing in the wall that shows as solid on the map. A short hallway later you come to a room with 3 or 4 enemies and a security chest sitting on a table in the middle of the room. It's been a while since I ran any Flashpoints, so I'm not positive that it's Foundry, but it's one of the Rakata type architecture places.
  3. I'm honestly not sure if Fan boy has anything to do with it. I played WoW for.... way too long. And in all that time I honestly can't remember a single patch that didn't break something. I mean, maybe there were one or two, but I don't remember them. I just tend to accept it as part of the MMO landscape at this point, patches break things. My acceptance has nothing to do with the company or the IP, it's just my expectation of the genre. A Bug free patch would be nice, a patch that does everything the notes say it does would be awesome. I just don't see it happening anytime soon, for any game. I think part of why it's so much more obvious and annoying in this game is that BioWare is releasing patches far more frequently at this point than most other games do/did at this stage of their life cycle.
  4. First idea is that they missed it, messed up the code in some way, or ignored it. Or if you want to be melodramatic, they lied!
  5. I have an armstech character, and already made one of those rifles for the Operative. More on topic, I took another pic of color matched Colossus armor Here. Colossus helmet, gloves, legs and boots, matched to a chest piece from the Corellia commendations vendor. Forget the exact name, but it's Vanguard tank spec, pretty sure Vanguard's in the name as well.. Oh, and the Battlemaster Supercommando belt, it kind of fit the color scheme already.
  6. Well, as far as a lot of people using the E-313, it's probably one of the best looking rifles in the game. So I'm not surprised to see a lot of folks using it. I even considered using it on my Imperial Operative (if I ever get them to Tatooine to buy it) I like the sets you got for your companions they seem to fit pretty well. Personally, I'm not a fan of the Phalanx set (or any set with that chest piece model) But if it works for you. Just one question about your screenshot captioning there. Did Yuun and Vik not get promoted on your playthrough? Cause when I finished Yuun was a Lt and Vik a Sgt.
  7. The Inheritance weapon it is to send to a new character to give them a slightly better weapon then they'll get through drops or mods for a few levels.... so yes, basically nothing. As for the Coruscant teleport ticket, after you go back to your ship and use the holoterminal you'll be told to go back to Coruscant to start chapter 2. So, it's purpose (just like the fleet pass) is to save you a loading screen or two. As for why did they send you to the fleet in the first place... *shrug*
  8. Full screen windowed is also quite useful when running dual monitors as you can just slide your mouse out of the game and onto the second monitor. I generally have a web browser running on my second monitor, sometimes vent, even media player classic occasionally.
  9. But it doesn't unify well. Any piece you unify to it gets grey as it's primary color instead of white. So you have a white chest piece with grey pants and helmet etc. It really sucks.
  10. Well, a basic example of diminishing returns is thus... THESE ARE MADE UP NUMBERS! I have no actual numbers for the second part of your question. Anyway, here: Say 5 points of Power gives 1 point of Bonus Damage, then 100 points of Power gives 20 points of Bonus Damage, however, past that point, it takes more points of Power to get 1 point of Bonus Damage, so instead of 5 points giving 1 point it becomes 5 points gives 0.9 points. Then at 150 points it becomes 5 points gives 0.8 points, etc etc. The higher your total goes, the lower the bonus you get. Again, those numbers are completely made up. But that's the basic concept. I don't know the exact caps for this game or the exact conversion formulas. So, for question 3, no. Diminishing returns doesn't affect consecutive uses of skills. Your crit multiplier is your crit multiplier. So when you crit you're going to do (around) the same damage each time - since there is a range on your attack damage and not a set number. But as your surge rating (the stat that affects your crit multiplier) gets higher, you'll get fewer points in your crit multiplier per point of surge...... if this is making any sense at this point.
  11. Strangely enough, the thing I most want from the Legacy system (other than the prices to buy things being drastically lowered) is the ability to display the Legacy Name as a pre-title. ie Legacy Character, instead of the way it is now - Character Legacy.... if that makes sense. subscribed.
  12. That looks like the Commando Elite Prototype Chestguard from the Balmorra bonus series.
  13. When did they say this? Aside from what you mentioned, the Legacy panel in game now still shows several things as coming in 1.3, and I've read about another new Flashpoint and Operation that are supposedly in 1.3. Haven't seen anything about it being a non-content patch.
  14. Just hit 50 on my Vanguard yesterday, so here he is. Link TD-17A Colossus Headgear, Gloves, Leggings and Boots - Color matched to TT-15A Republic Assault Body Armor (lvl 40 PvP armor) And the Elegant Modified Blaster Rifle. And the Obligatory Squad shot Here Elara has the full TH-15A Patrol set (lvl 40 PvP) Jorgan has the full TT-15A Republic Assault set (lvl 40 PvP) Vik has the full Commando Elite Prototype set (Balmorra quest, bonus and heroics) And Yuun has the Athiss Enforcer Chest and Legs, with RD-15B Commando Boots.
  15. Found this with a quick search cause I was wondering about pulling mods out of and trading in the shell. In my case, it's not that I want the accuracy mods. I want to get the BM rifle, pull everything out of it and stick them in an orange rifle with an augment slot. Then do the same when I get the Warhero rifle later. As long as I can just trade in the empty shell, I'm good. I'd hate to spend the money pulling mods out twice. lol
