I'll sign.

 

But i think a simple fix to special munitions/upgraded arsenal is the best approach. Or perhaps to cell charger/terminal velocity.

 

My 1/12/33 assault spec is very dependent on that 8% increased damage to rail shot every 6 seconds.

hrm I kind of like the idea of adding in a double set bonus for say 4 pc. So 2 pc set bonus gives 15% crit to TM and powershot then 4 pc gives 8% RS dmg + reduced heat cost on RS. Also if that doesnt work then maybe bioware can simply separate eliminator into 2 armor sets 1 for pyro 1 for arsenal. Also could you imagine the set bonus being changed from 8% RS dmg to 8% HSM dmg instead? that would benefit us slightly more. I def do miss my free RS for heat management though

But those pro pvp gunnery commandos that use charged bolts will complain.

 

If there are some, I dont think they are pro :eek:

 

And I dont see why the 4pc Eliminator PvE bonus just cant be changed to reduce the heat cost *and* increase the damage of Rail Shot. Arent there other classes that have similar set bonuses?
