This is in the game. Its the tiered PVE gear for Juggernauts. (Rakata, Columi, etc)

Yeah well supposedly there are instances of whole planets being moved around too. Idk what the limits to the force are.

 

Yeah, didn't Bane move some planet at some point? I think i remember something along that line.

 

As for the thread:

 

A lot of black, rags, capes, hoods, some tech armor parts, but not as the majority.

Sadly i only found the capes and hoods that are not on his head and since i am past lvl 40, i don't expect to find too much perfect gear in the next time

SI pvp gear. Only the helms differ although the female has ezactly the same as SI set.

 

And tbh, Dread Masters gear is nothing like SW. We're supposed to be armored (lighter for marauders) and not wear skirts with feathered helms.

Oh i see, well i could see a modified version of it, other colors (more black instead of red) and one of the non-feather helmets (some of them had bindings around the head, one of them something that looked like the top of the skull with some tech underneath)

 

I only mentioned the skirts cause right now the reality is, that the marauder has a ton of skirts, so at least it should look ****** like that gear.

If they match the top and one of the better fitted helmets with some fitting pants, even better.

Darth Skotia looks allot like the lvl 50 mara gear anyways. That is fine for a Jugg I guess, but I have no desire to look like a reject from a terminator film, or a cyborg Killik. And certainly no more damn skirts and dresses, we have too many of those already. Edited April 10, 2012 by Shatterstar

I thought i use all those props i got in my 3D folder and tossed together a look that i would love to see and made a quick render of it.

 

A mix from futuristic armor, medieval/fantasy armor, battleworn rags, the obligatory hood and cape and even some gladiator stuff (not too obvious, i made it so that he wears light armorplating with straps along his right arm, but not the other one)

the helmet on the upper left corner is just an alternativ to the subtle one.

 

I think full armor suits are for Juggernauts and robes are for Inquisitors, so i stayed in the middle of it.

You know, from day one I have drooled over the simple, überkwl black Sith robes, that are so soothingly familiar from the SW movie saga, for my Marauder! I do realize they would only be status objects, ofc, since they just can't compare with the defensive properties of REAL armors, but just consider events like guild meetings, visits to the lower level planets etc...

I just can't get over the fact that as simple and as iconic as the Sith robes are, we haven't been given the option to have them in the game Dunno if any1 else has been tortured by the same thing, but indd, here's a little something for u guys to rest your eyes upon:

Basically the idea behind marauder look is to use the same awesome level of detail as current sets have but put those details in right places aka less capes / skirts and more cloaks / hoods / freely flowing pieces of fabric which effectively move from juggernaut "imposing and powerful" to marauder "agile and deadly" theme. I'll provide some more examples when I get some sleep.

I hate all of these very strongly. Except some of those pics have Darth Vader in them, and my SW already has awesome armor that looks like Vader's awesome armor.

Now this is classic. I'm actually one of the ones that started a thread on this exact thing on the Jedi forum after i saw the pics for our absolutely hideous new pvp armor. I figured if that's the direction they were gonna go, we needed to put foot to *** quick or future armor sets would likely be just as, if not more so grotesque.

 

Now that I see that even YOU guys are having problems with this, and I was under the impression that you guys were actually looking pretty cool, now I know for sure we have some uniform issues that need to be worked out.

 

So keep spitting those ideas out at them guys, there's plenty of awesome Jedi/Sith artwork out there that obviously they have not seen, haha! We're gettin' in their asses over on the Jedi side. I know that one of the designers has already actually made a statement about reading us "loud and clear" about our displeasure in their armor sets, but I'm not believing anything until I see something solid. Matter of fact, if it was up to ME, I'd say what they SHOULD do is post up some of their concept art for the upcoming sets for us to look at and give feedback on so we can let them know early if they're screwing up again, hahah!

 

 

Even though honestly as a Jedi I have a distinct distaste for you sith, we can at least be united in this cause.
