Mostly because, while Bioware has done great things in terms of trying to address playability issues, they seem to refuse to ACKNOWLEDGE or ADDRESS anything. Like this recently created Soa bug and like the issues with sorc/sage OP'ness. It's like by holding their hands over their ears and going 'la la la la' people will just forget about the topics.
