Game over. shockfrozen water was being abused. **** i abused it. it was not meant for what it was being used for. I am pretty sure BW never intended for shadow/sins the ability to vanish then heal to near full and reingage in a second flat. or the extra 2/3 medals it yielded. surge is still fine. i play infiltration spec shadow an my damage is still heavy on burst. Now it's useless outside of providing the magenta crystal. Why allow it to heal at all? No sane person would use that knowing they'd need to spend 20-40 minutes acquiring another one. jonnyshadow Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 well from what ive read the only abuse was from those punk *** stealthers that used their get away skill pop the water then come back and finish the opponent off....other than that the water could only be used out of combat so it was a quick heal fix instead of having to spend 7 valuable seconds in a wzs healing yourself and getting ready for the next fight...oh and some classes like mines (sentinel) would really appreciate those extra medals being that healers/tanks can get way more medals than us so imo they should just have it so stealthers cant heal while in stealth like how it used to be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Exactly, it's for a magenta crystal. So many idiots feel a QUEST ITEM should be a pvp consumable.... So many idiots are now QQ'n in response. Why allow it be used outside of acquiring the magenta crystal? What used to be a good tool to decrease downtime still has those properties, but it would be a mistake to utilize it in that manner. I would understand if they just made it a non-interactable quest item, but for whatever reason they decided that not to be the case. Surely, their intent was never to have it exist solely for the purpose of acquiring the magenta crystal if it could still heal you and provide that refresh buff. The dev's change with is in the best interest of the entire player base. Obviously there will be minorities/majorities that do not agree with every change but this is just how MMOs are. With any other MMO out there the Forum playerbase is far less then those who actually are playing the game.
