Looks like the vast majority of Jedi's that turn dark dont follow the Sith teachings and the majority of the one's that tried to were turned back to the light anyways. All that matters is that they *can* and some *do.* All we need is a precedent for non-"traditional" saber colors - Leia, Lowbacca, Exar Kun, and many others, but you only really need a couple - to say that it's open season, and people can use whatever damn color they want. Personally, I think we should have more, crazier colors. Because it's fun and looks nice. This is a Star Wars MMO. Character customization is important, and one of the best ways to improve character customization would be to allow lots of freedom with saber colors. Of course, this is my serious answer, presented with my serious face, under the assumption that you are seriously concerned with this. It's just as likely - probably most likely, considering how obtuse you're being - that you're trolling us good. This looks like an admission of trolling if anything. As many have pointed out, the lore allows for Jedi and Sith alike to use whatever color lightsaber they like. Furthermore, assuming all these Jedi players are *Jedi* actively choosing a red blade, what's your problem? You say that there's no time period in the EU with large numbers of Jedi choosing to wield a red blade. It looks like now there is. What's the problem? The 158 Dark Jedi on the list that vastly outnumbers your obscure view of the Star Wars universe WERE NOT SITH! there's 178 names on that list only 20 are actual Sith and out of that 20 only 13 remained Sith. It's usually blue/red combo they use. Edit: Lower levels that is. On higher levels it's red/orange/purple. Yet you've offered no proof of what you're basing this on. All you have is what YOU think the lore says... however, the people who make this game (and the red lightsabers) are the people that actually get to write the lore for this time period. I don't think you realize how ridiculous you sound saying TO THE LORE WRITERS that red lightsabers don't fit YOUR idea of what YOU think the lore should be.
