  1. Perhaps, but still worth pointing out that there are other MMOs in the market and most of them 'don't' do maintenance three times a week in western Pacific primetime.
  2. Something else that would keep raiders happy. A cosmetic option that shows the sun shining out of their butt.
  3. While the sensor unit upgrades for C2-N2 or 2V-R8 are very useful, the selection seems quite limited with only the Cybertech, Synthweaving and Armstech ones worth the 100k credits price tag. Perhaps more could be added to include all and include a legacy requirement. At legacy 10 Archaeology (+10 efficieny) Treasure Hunting (+2 critical) Bioanalysis (+10 efficieny) Diplomacy (+2 critical) Scavenging (+10 efficieny) Underworld Trading (+2 critical) Slicing (+10 efficieny) Investigation (+2 critical) At legacy 20 Armortech (+5 critical) Scavenging (+5 efficieny) Armstech (+5 critical) Scavenging (+5 efficieny) Artifice (+5 critical) Archaeology (+5 efficieny) Biochem (+5 critical) Bioanalysis (+5 efficieny) Cybertech (+5 critical) Scavenging (+5 efficieny) Synthweaving (+5 critical) Archaeology (+5 efficieny) In this way, you can cater to all crafting and mission skills as well as providing a goal for player's legacy.
  4. I can tell you've never played a non-human imperial character. About 3 to 4 times 'per planet' will some NPC will make a comment about "alien scum". Other wise, these seems like an interesting idea.

  6. It's like dealing with a child. 1st death - You failed 2nd death - You failed again 3rd death - Yet again you failed, Lie there for 10 minutes and think about why you're failing. Children get a timeout for bad behavior and players get one for bad playing.
  7. *wave* *makes a comment about a door and an ****
  8. Originates from a Japanese emoticon using single byte characters (p.q) which evolved into QQ. http://www.japaneseemoticons.net/sad-or-crying-emoticons/
  9. I remember when Blizzard added dual-spec to WoW. There were similar kinds of threads and posts then as well. The original purpose then was quality of life for healers and tanks for dailies and general farming/grinding. But that is unneeded in this game since those two specs are more viable for solo'ing. If anything DPS characters need a quality of life boost.
  10. Can threat still be generated on a stunned mob?
  11. http://www.swtor-spy.com/companions/ According to this, Jaesa gets +5 synthweaving critical.
  12. You can change the stance of healer and tank companions to low heal/threat and high dps and disable tank companion's taunts.
  13. No, no, no and no. All you get with cross-server LFG is cretins, baddies and ninjas. Server transfers and consolidating the population is of far greater priority.
  14. What doesn't help is imperial version of mirrored items look way better. A good example is the empire and republic pilot outfits. Empire is well drawn texture of blues and blacks. Republic is a bland and ugly orange. Another is consular and inquisitor gear. Another is the fleet station, imperial is bright, colourful and tasteful, republic is bland, brown and ugly. In fact, you can sum up either faction in a single word; Imperial - colourful, republic - brown.
