How is this not OP? nuff said. I hate when ppl take names like "Agent Smith", but then make them non-human female. For surname "Picard", but playing a female instead of bald male. How is this not OP? nuff said. I don't think you quite understand how expertise buffs work. They're the same reason why Juggs run around AE'ing **** for 8k+ all the time too.
