  1. ok so now you know who is doing single and who is doing AOE (lets ignore that for most it will be a mixture of both) what you going to do with the info ? cause it tells you nothing of how many where being AOE'ed or if a high single target DPS actaully killing anything its simply more data thats subjective and situational

  3. awesome totally amazing oh wait sorry I meant what is the point of this they had in this game 3 DPS 4 healers and a dude that did nothing all game I am sure any one with a decent aoe going to get amazing numbers when theres so much healing going on you never die cause they have no damage due to the high number of healers everything is situational
  4. 1 person will not make the difference the way the system is that forces you to play with at least 4 random players is so bad its untrue unfortantly some of the changes while not 100% whats need have come to late for some back when I could of queued with 6-7 other good pvpers that I could trust and are good I had no option to only 3 of them leaving 2 groups of 3 or groups of 4 and 3 having to suffer the utter **** from a random queue now that I can queue for ranked with 7 other guys I have no one left to queue with most have left and found they did not miss the game cause all they had to do was WZ with random dudes that are clueless you should never have to have a reaons to pvp in any game the game its self should be enough anything else is a bonus in this game they did not even allow you to do that kill world pvp and force limited groups
  5. there is no Top Priority if I am honest both issue are equally important the problem is one of these is being address by the DEV's I have yet to see any responce to the now increasing posts about server transfers and/or merges while I hate it when forums get 10 threads about the same subject its easy to see from Dev tracker they not addressing the issue at all I saw they said at the guild summit there was an issue with legacy and doing transfers but really thats there own naivity and poor planning I assume this is cause legacy is linked to server but I be honest my server is so dead I would transfer all my toons to a more populated server and tbh if It meant I could login and actaully do something cause other people there to do something with I would be happy to lose all legacy levels
  6. yes its the least enjoyable I think this mostly stems from the RIF (Random Idiot Factor) BW force us to play where I have to queue up with at least 4 random players it effects this WZ the most I think its also very random with the door timer you can wipe there whole team and if you do it at the wrong point they all instantly back good team vs good team most games will be a stalemate but by the same degree the other 2 will most likely be the same with equal teams with hutt ball being decided by who has the most ***/shadow tanks (unless they change the force run with ball) civil war might be the only one with a tactical element knowing when to switch objective and location management
  7. be greatful you can even get in to a war zone my guild pretty much quit now cause warzones just don't happen with enough regularity to even bother logging in Bioware need to address the population of server ASAP elephant in the room
  8. why is this in the pvp forums ? what odds does it make how long someone has played MMO's for ? or which ones for that matter as for my opinion the pvp is lack luster due to the game not being geared at pvp so can I really complain about the game I knew coming in that it was a PVE game with the ability to pvp I don't pve and don't like pve what little I have seen is the same as pve in other games it holds no intrest for me why any one would want to do the same scripted nonesense over and over is totally lost on me but I see lot of complaints of nothing to do at end game but are other mmo's not the same same raids over and over ? the level system was ok via quest but I really think they trying to con people with the fully voice tag line since high % of NPC don't speak basic so no voice actors needed just text to read kind of like other MMO's ? current issue with the game for me DEAD Servers BW need to address this now today not keep banging on about 1.2 hoping it will save them resubs and people playing again cause some will come back for sure but most wont No pvp direction again my fault for picking a game that not aimed at pvp but seems most need a reason to pvp a goal a progression just pvping for the sake of it not intresting enough for most so while I will go out and fight all day if its fun just to fight theres no one to fight and no one to fight with(the latter is the case on my server)
  9. the sad truth about the voice acting that I have not notice many people mention is have you ever actaully counted how many NPC quest givers don't speak basic fully voice MMO is utter rubbish its not even close they did do a lot of VO work but they used just as many if not more random made up alien languages with subtitles smoke and mirrors
  10. your putting the responsibility for biowares poor server roll out and them make the same mistake every other mmo I have played in the last 5 years has made and panicked at launch and put up to many servers I rolled my toon on the server that was assigned to me by the pre-launch guild system it was heavy for the first few months I hit 50 and rolled some alts actaully 2-3 one is now 50 with 2 others and different levels my server is now light all the time at 1 am not a peek time but not an odd time for an mmo had 3 players on the rep fleet and 20 on the imp at peek time its 20-30 rep to 40-60 imps ilum is dead not seen more than 4 players in the same location in over a month now while leveling my alt at 8GMT it took an hour to find 1 DPS to do a level 44 flashpoint with not others looking for any one I don't even raid but I hate to think about how long that would take to get enough players I know lot of my guild have stopped playing daily and gone to a more random play while they wait for ranked due to having nothing to do and I am sure 1.2 will bring some players back but think most that have gone will not becoming back you think I am going to give up on them and re-roll on another server thats got a higher popluation well in europe that leaves 1 server for pvp on heavy why would you risk a medium server they could be in the middle of the decline my heavy at launch server suffered rerolling is a gamble atm as we have no way of knowing if that server will remain high/med population the company who gets paid to deliver the service need to address this issue not the customer cause at it stands value for money is not what I am getting and yeah for the most part I like the game but in an MMO you need other people to play with/against thats not becoming limited it already is

I really don't see guard as an issue as in some situations its a death wish for the tank as they actaually take more damage than the person they are guarding I often die before the person I am gaurding with out taking any direct damage sure healer/tank combo is very strong best to spread the damage between as its quite hard in this game to switch heal and the tank takes damage when you attack either either splitting the attackers up between tank and healer or switching target often can really stress the healers out with the correct use of interupts
  12. awesome post problem is most pvper don't want to pve at all I for one and pretty much my whole guild would of never even gotten the game had this been the case if the way they put expertise in was right or wrong or if they should of added it to all pvp equipment 20-40-50 is a totally different debate having a pvp stat allows for a set of gear for pvp having no stat only benfits pver's pvp with or without a stat for pvp still boils down to gear you really think if you meet a level 50 in orange gear out in the world and your in rakata he going to stand a chance ? expertise adds stats that only effect pvp so that you need to be in pvp gear to compete is just the same how pver gear has better stats minus the expertise so you cannot just rock up i full pvp gear and do pve we can ofc agree to make the 2 sets of gear the same right remove expertise but make the pvp gear through pvp same as pve gear through pve this would be deeply unpopuler with pvers but would benfit the pvpers in the same way removing expertise will for pvers sure some players want to do both and they have the option to do that they just have to get the right gear to do both will take them longer but thats jsut the way it is and should be
  13. personally since currently this game forces me to play with random idiots I only pass to players I know there are many reason for this mostly I can only trust the player I know better to throw ball and reset to the middle than give it to some of these clowns
  14. playing tank spec in DPS gear is the answer to your issue unless your fighting a full team of snipers DPS is better for pvp i don't play it atm but I found defence spec in full DPS to be a very good 1 on 1 setup
