I kinda agree with this. I think the fixed time works well with the planets we have and it has never really bothered me. I wouldn't say no if they implemented day/night cycles on new worlds in the future however. It'd be cool to see. If they do it well that is... I wouldn't want 30 minute timers or anything like that. If I remember correctly, SWG had a pretty short cycle and that always bothered me. On the other hand, having the cycles follow RL time isn't pefect either... Well, if they figure something out I'm all for it. Keep the current worlds as they are though. Didn't you just make a completely unrelated post about Assassins in the "I was lied to thread"?... Yeah... Staying on topic. And I simply stated that I think there are quite a few who don't take your posts very seriously either.

No man, we will not. Because the last time they wanted to give us long time subscribers cartel coins as an appreciation, they were absolutely steamrolled. People wanted mounts, weapons, pets and... yes, even titles. Something unique just for us. Not CC. This time, they are giving us a title as a thank you for purchasing ROTHC back then. That's how it is.

Got the wrong gifts did you? Well... Hopefully you'll get your white mount someday. And when you're happily off riding your new tauntaun someone else will be here in your place, slapped in the face by the recolored mount and the tiny amount of effort that was put into it.

"Show appreciation"? They are refunding them for buying the content so close to it being given for free. It's not appreciation, guy... Now they're giving away ROTHC for free if you are a subscriber, and if you happened to have bought it in the last month you will get refunded with CC to smooth things out. They'll also include something for the rest of us, as a bit of appreciation. Something for subscribers only. "WTH?! A freakin' title?! That's all for us faithful subscribers?! Bad form EAWare! They got cartel coins, we want that too! We want cartel coins! We want cartel coins!"

And if I'm not mistaken they've also said that when they made those statements, ROTHC was considerably smaller than what it ended up to be.

This is pretty much what I think too. And if we're right it won't be too crowded either since we have a lot of people here that'll hold off buying it so they can save 10 bucks 6 months later... It's all about the principle!

Uh... Yeah? I'm guessing. I'm not them. And for free? Yeah, I was defending nests. To me a gift doesn't have to be a free item I claim through the mail. Putting the, IMO, better looking version of a mount on a special vendor just for subs could definitely be a gift in my eyes. The important part IMO is that they made subscribers feel appreciated. That's not failing to deliver.
