I missed the last two Double XP weekends because of RL. I am looking forward to leveling my IA this weekend and enjoying the story. There is an opt out button. Every computer has one, it turns the power off.

They're not going to fix shadow's DPS. They give it all to the Sages. I've given up all hope.

I don't see what the big deal is. There are no Post-ROTJ characters, at least not yet. That's because the movies haven't been made yet. And that is because the movies and the TV shows are the only "real" canon that there is. Period. The only canon I acknowledge comes from the screen in front of me. This isn't Harry Potter.

Sounds like the last three releases of Microsoft Office products. Replace "armoring, mods, and enhancements" with "word, excel, and powerpoint" and you've got the same results. Hey, maybe BW hired the Microsoft guys to consult on the gear system!

I've leveled every healing class in any mmo I have ever played as healing spec from the start. IMO it is the best way to learn your class and not having to "unlearn what you have learned" by leveling as DPS and switching later. It doesn't really take a lot longer to level.

Seems to me the "10%" chance of coughing every 4 sec is better then the 20% chance of successfully learning a schematic when RE'ing or the "whatever" chance of obtaining a super rare that is worth anything from a cartel pack. I cough that one up to the DEVS

I hate this event. This plague is such BS for those who do not want to participate. At least the snowballs only gave you a clear-able debuff marker with no adverse effects. It is just a way for the kids to run around and grieve.

This, exactly. The Devs have designed the game for mobs and objectives to be a free-for-all. No one is "entitled" to anything. I agree that a design change would be nice, but for now all we have is debate on the forums to perhaps let them see the error of their ways. Until then there is really no use in getting mad about it because you are only hurting yourself.

I really don't think I have a terrible attitude. It is totally up to the player to determine how they want to conduct themselves... but that also makes my point. This is the way the game was INTENDED to be played by the developers. It took me a long while to realize this, but there is no kill or objective stealing in this game. It simply does not exist. This game is a free for all...it's general admission...to go get it or not get it environment. You can play it any way that you wish. But you really can't blame people for playing the game the way it was made. You have the right attitude, shrug it off because there is no use in getting mad about it.

I purchased Treek for my 55 shadow to use as a healer for dailies instead of Theran because of all I read about how awesome she was. But I can't say that I see any difference between her and Theran. I've read Treek is awesome for leveling up, but I can't recommend buying her for 55 end game stuff.

it may be fine for tanks or pvp but there aren't a whole lot of reasons to use it as a PVE DPS, I mean you can use it... but it's not really all that necessary or helpful IMO.
