  1. Lack of communication? Guild summits and weekly Q&A's aren't enough for communication? Yes, you may not get all the answer all you want, but that's only because they can't release information early as it could be pre-mature. At least they address people's concerns and say they are working on it rather than leaving us in the dark.
  2. I'd love for them to implement this. When I first started playing and populations were full, I loved the open world PVP. I was getting ganked a whole lot in Tatooine and it lead to a lot of lost time, but overall it was fun, because it gave me that sense of feeling to "watch my back." I mean, this is why I choose a PVP server in the first place right?
  3. Definetely starting to feel this. 1.5 months ago, it was easy to win 75% of my WZ's on the imp side. Now I'm lucky if I'm winning half of them. Even with my skills/gear improved from when I first started, since I always PuG, I'm finding myself with a lot more IMP n00bs than before
  4. OP"s post really felt like a troll. And if he was, he succeeded in getting 6 pages in responses.
  5. Win: Down one point in Huttball with 30 secs left to go, team miracously scores and the enemy grabs the huttball. I unleash everything I got on him to get the ball on the final seconds FTW!!! Loss/Fail: Not fulling paying attention to where I am on the map and running the huttball to the otherside of our goal #leonlett
  6. I wish they didn't release SWTOR/ME 3 so close to each other? My Shepard needs to finish his story, but SWTOR grind takes priority
  7. Dude, no you can't. All PVP experience and space dailies would not amount to the millions of xp you need to get to 50. Sounds like you exaggerated, someone called you out and now you're just sticking to your story. Just say "it can be done fast" and you won't be called out like this.
  8. People want to say other games will deter swtor players away from the game, but I think for a lot of us, it's the complete opposite. I haven't touched any of my other games since Swtor came out. I haven't even bought Mass Effect 3 after playing the first two and having my ending saved. I think it just depends on what server you're on. The server I'm on is very lively, even in the late night hours.
  9. I don't get why you will single out the force pulls but don't single out any of the force jumps?
  10. Great post OP. He obviously got the short end of the stick by using all his time grinding, but instead of QQ'ing like 90% of the swtor population, he just takes it and enjoys the game for what it is. With that being said, I think based on experiences like this, it would be best to take time and level other characters while this game gets balanced. It's a pretty sinking feeling to work so hard only to see one quick patch make all your hard work feel worthless.
  11. Sweet. I've been a cheap bastard ever since I hit level 1.5 months ago. I have more than enough credits, but I just didn't want spend 330k on speeder training.
  12. I did the exact same thing before the confirmation window was available. I dumped 1000 warzone commendations to nothing by this mistake. I didn't file a ticket or anything, I don't think Bioware CS covers stoner moves.

    sub canceled

I'm wondering how many people who are quitting are the same people who raged on the forums daily last year, demanding the game's release.
  14. Coming from a guy who doesn't DOT and gets DOTT'ed all the time, I didn't think this needed a nerf. I thought it was a fair strategy to defend. Granted I may have not been dotted enough for me to really notice if it's unfair or not, but I personally never had a problem with it. I agree with the post above saying it was a nerf that no one seemed to complain about.
  15. Looks like the same answer they gave us back in the day regarding release date. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for this tool. I was looking forward to it, but I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and join a guild.
  16. I personally think it's cool and I'm on the IMP side. I'm against beating my chest over killing lowbies, but you have to kill them first before the big dogs come out. Besides, this beats the Illum bridge fight any day. Nice work!
  17. Glad to see more of these spots. This should be a super high priority. I could care less about my UI cooldowns.
  18. Finally someone said it! I know 2 measly hours might not be a lot to you Eastern people who have already completely your dailies/weeklies and are fast asleep by that time, but that time sure is valuable to us west coasters. A lot of people I know who game (and no, they are not losers, they all have high-paying jobs) play well past midnight. Nothing absurd, but till like 1-2am. I don't even want to think how people in Hawaii timezone are getting dinged on Mondays.

    Dear tanks,

good tip. I def. don't throw my guard on my DPS enough. Very helpful when you are trying to kill a group of pesky healers.
  20. Is there a limit to how many champ bags I can buy? I'd love to stock up on a lot of these so by the time I hit 50, I'll be freshly championed out.
  21. I don't care about getting my wins every single day. There's been many days I've lost my last game of the night and I ended up at 2 out of 3 for the day. I just care about being in a competitive game. The other day, I literally watched as 4 team members gave up after the 2nd turret was captured. But instead of quitting or fighting to re-capture the turret, (the game was still in our hand) they went to our other base and just had their own little social emote party, while the rest of team died from being outnumbered trying to capture other bases. Yeah, I'm not going to stick around for that BS.
  22. When I first started PVP'ing a month ago at level 50, I was very against leaving WZ's early. Felt wrong to abandon my teammates and all that. Fast forward to today, and the feeling is completely different. I've been in too many games where the team just doesn't seem to care to win, and I just got tired of sitting through 10-20 minute games trying to carry a team that doesn't care. There's been too many times I've been the only one trying to advance the huttball, while the rest of my team runs around the map killing people for randomness. Unfortunately, I can't make this MMO my life (believe me, i'd love to!), and like everyone else, I have things to attend to outside of this game, so rather then waste an hour playing with a bunch of horrible players and getting nowhere, I rather leave and get into a more competitive game. I have no problems with losing or getting my butt handed to me, but when I'm just spawning to die due to lack of any cohesive teamplay, I can see why quitting is so appealing. I am looking to join a guild soon, so hopefully this is just a Pug issue.
  23. Hey guys, I'm getting ready to roll an ALT and was just wondering what you guys think were the most in demand class for Operations and hardmodes? I was leaning towards a sniper as it seems like most people are looking for ranged dps's for these things, but wasn't so sure if that was the case with the recent nerf. Thanks!
  24. Got confused on where I was at when I had the ball and walked to my own goal. Call me Leon Lett.
  25. Wow more QQ on a sound strategy that EVERYONE can do. Why don't we just remove armor, weapons, levels, skills, and fight with fists? Actually, someone's fist could be stronger. Let's just have it so when we log on, everyone automatically gets credit and wins.
