I think it's purely luck of the draw at this point. I too was scared of grouping with horrible players like the one you just described, especially since so many of these bad players plague my pug'ed wz's. I've only done a few group finders missions so far, but they have all been pretty smooth so far. Of course, I ended up with some newbies who were under-geared, but since most of the group knew all the fights, we were able to run everything pretty smoothly. I'm dreading the day where I group up with Mr. break CC/ninja looter.

For once I wish they'd not screw the Western/International players over. How about getting doing some server maintenance during different hours? You'd make a HUGE amount of players much happy about it.

Yes please! Friends who play with friends often tend to sub a long time. it's when they aren't playing with their real life friends that they are more unlikely to unsub.

Did two group finder flashpoints on the day of the release. The first one, I wanted to run something simple since my guildmate's alt wasn't properly geared, so I only selected BT/BP/foundry at first. We ended up getting the Foundry and when I completed it, I realized I didn't get a reward because I had filtered out some flashpoints. So me and my guildmate did it again, this time checking off all the different FP's so nothing was filtered out, and this time we got BP. Finished that with no problems, and still no black hole reward Have a ticket out to CS but no reply so far...

True, but with that thinking, they should have removed augmented gear from PVP warzones and only allow the gear they designate. Just like the legacy perks, not everyone can afford the high costs of getting augments/augmented gear. The easy fair fix would've been to just disable it in WZ's like the rocket boost. It would've been great to have extra sprint while I'm at getting my PVE on.

Please get recruit gear and stop invading my 50 wz's. I'm tired of pugs coming with crap gear and wondering why they don't dominate 50's like they dominated 10-49 bracket.

I like it. Like most hardcore players, I grinded endlessly for my BH set but I have no problem with having other players get it easier now. Do I lose that sense of feeling of having the best gear that most people don't have? Yes, but who really cares? I'm glad that my chances of pug'n operations/FP with green geared n00bs go down and also it makes gearing up my all ALTS a lot less "grindy". GJ Bw.

It always amazes me how much time these guys waste typing insults to everyone rather than actual fighting. It doesn't occur to them that all that time used for flames, could've been used to actually hit an objective.

This statement right here is why most pug teams are so bad. 500k damage means nothing. I can get the same amount of kills as the top damage person with half the damage because I'm actually focusing my attacks rather than just sitting there and spamming AOE damages/heals. It's all about the objectives...

Well said. It's pretty clear that BW doesn't care about the Western side. You can tell by their maintenance windows that always crap on the West playing time.

So if I have a level 25 legacy on Server A, and a level 16 legacy guy on Server B, and transfer from B to A? Do I completely lose all 16 of those legacy levels experience I obtained on Server B?

Honestly, outside of the date, they could've released a lot of this information long time ago to deal with the people who were increasingly frustrated with dead servers over night and quit. I totally get that you can't release information before it's final, but I am pretty sure they had an idea on how they were going to handle this long time ago, but yet choose to keep that information. BW needs to realize more transparency is needed, especially when 90% of the forum posts are complaints.

I'm not sure how I feel about the rewards, but I def. agree with the OP. There needs to be some sort of incentive to return to these HM FP's Could a nightmare mode perhaps drop rakata gear? Be a great way for people who don't have enough people for an OPS to still get their rakata gear.

Something definitely wrong with your computer. I have an i7 and the game takes less than a minute to load up.

My sad reality has hit. I love this game and no game will pull me from it (not even Mass effect 3), but I feel like I'm in the miniority and now that D3 has arrived, the low population will only get worse (as if it hasn't already hit rock bottom)

I'd totally do it but the last time I logged on Tatooine, there was like 4 other people on the planet. Far cry from the release month when I had to stealth everywhere I went on Tatooine from fear of getting ganked.

Do any of these hybrid specs work in PVE? Specifically a HM flashpoint? I know the healing wouldn't suffice in an OP but how about with just a 4 man group?

I sure miss the launch month when I was in Tatooine, and playing with the fear of getting ganked. It was nerve-wrecking to constantly stealth to avoid pubs (I solo'ed PVE most of the time) but it sure was fun! 5 months later, I can waltz anywhere on all planets without seeing one damn pub.

There should be incentive to play after getting your 6 game rewards. Kind of like how pre 1.2, we would still PVP to get wins even after our 3 dailies win, so we could get additional champ bags.

Server merges for sure. None of the other content matters if I'm playing by myself all the time... This should have been done way before 1.2 and legacy dropped.

This should've been taken care of way before 1.2 update. What's the point of a new OP, new WZ, new flashpoint, new dailies if we still can't play with other people. It's only going to get worse from this point with D3 coming out. People who are frustrated with their low pops will leave the game well before server transfer are available, shrinking the population even more.
