Hi all, We are aware of the issues some players are experiencing with logging into the server and we are investigating. This is not true. We're seeing this happen with players who swapped characters or servers prior to hopping into the server.

Hi all! Happy Shae Vizla early access day! I wanted to spin up a thread to keep info and updates regarding the server launch in one place, so I will be adding to this thread over time. First update is that we have opened the Shae Vizla server sub-forums so APAC players have a space to form their groups, Guilds, and post about community events. Reminder that our content creators will be celebrating launch for the next couple days, and they are hosting events and giving out codes. Full schedule here. Hello everyone! Like the title says, the Shae Vizla server will be opening this week! More info can be found here. With the announcement of the Shae Vizla server going live, we wanted to provide some opportunities for our players to join in on launch festivities. Our streaming content creators will be giving out a variety of codes all throughout the week that include Opal Vulptilla Mounts, Opal Vulptilla Mini Pets, Mandalorian Heavy Jetpacks, and more. Each creator will be hosting their own community events, checking out the new server, rolling level 1 characters, and offering a guiding hand to new and returning players. Hi everyone, During tomorrow's maintenance, we will be taking down the PTS. We will not be reopening it as we will be working on polishing up 7.4. That said, I'll get a high level overview post together to let you all know what's being worked on until 7.4 launch. This will not be a comprehensive list as we'll save that for the full patch notes, but this should give you a glimpse into what we are working after getting feedback from PTS testing. Thanks!

For 7.4, only the player running the chapter will get the OP-1 Catalysts. We are, however, looking into options to make them available to the entire group in a future update.

Hi everyone, We will be bringing down the SWTOR website and character transfer pages again tomorrow at 8am CT / 2pm UTC for backend maintenance. This is part of the process of migrating our tools over to the cloud. One of these tools impacts account purchases. Estimated downtime: 2hrs. To avoid any issues with account purchases via the website and Steam, we encourage players to make account purchases once maintenance is over. Purchases in-game will not be affected by this maintenance and can be made normally. Additionally, servers will not be impacted during this time, so players can continue to play as normal. I will post updates here as I get them. Thanks!

As a reminder, I do ask that reports of this nature be submitted using the in-game tools so the right teams get eyes on the reports and the relevant info can be pulled and investigated.
