What's wrong with it? Even before Galactic Seasons I often saw people just sitting at a satellite under cover. It's a good strategy because it forces you to find the right angle in order to kill them, and as long as their team has the satellite to begin with they can keep control of it. Don't know why that would be "despicable." Edit: That being said, while I'm here... Bioware, please make all medals count towards the GS objective. Having only some of them count makes it unnecessarily hard for unskilled GSF players, and take an unnecessarily long time even for GSF regulars.

Agree, it has gotten worse. Previously, the naked companions in the stronghold would fade away after a few minutes. But today I had a bunch of creature and droid companions in my Kaas City stronghold which did not go away but persisted for hours across multiple characters, even after leaving the area or logging out. Never had that happen before. They've now finally gone away after exiting the game, but I really hope this doesn't happen again. It's much more intrusive than before. Edit: Ugh, I spoke to soon. After logging back into the game, the creature companions are back in the same spots in my Kaas City stronghold. I do not want these here, Bioware! Please get them out!

When they got rid of the class stories. That was long before I started playing, but I still feel sad imagining how awesome the game could have been if they had continued them.

Agree. They are ugly, and even look unfinished with the pixelly lines. The old ones were much more aesthetically pleasing, and there was no reason to change them. Change them back, please.

Absolutely, I was disappointed they weren't legacy bound. It would be cool to see my trooper defect and become an imperial trooper, at least in my headcanon.

This is one of the most idiotic changes in an expansion full of idiotic changes. Grinding rep already took a long time; if we only get a weekly once a month it's going to take years to complete my remaining reps. Forget that, I'm not touching a single weekly until they change it back.

Sexualization of women is a historical problem, sexualization of men is not. As you can tell by the ratio of naked female characters on the fleet compared to naked male characters. So no, that's not the same thing.

Skimpy outfits are sexist =/= female characters must wear astronaut suits. What a silly strawman. Anyway, it's not the female body that is disturbing, but the sexualization. It enforces the idea that women are sexual beings in a way that men are not, as though we exist primarily for sex. It's dehumanizing.

Objectifying women is inherently bad, regardless of the motivation. If someone made a black character with a racist name, would you still say "it's on you whether you're offended or not"? I'd like to hide the outfits and customizations, not just the companions. Like have them display as some kind of default character. Good point about the framerates though.

As a woman, I find the female characters/companions dressed as sex toys to be very immersion breaking, and offensive too. It would be nice if they created a feature that let you block things that other people were wearing, like beards or bikinis on females, from being shown on your screen. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that forcing other people to see it is the whole point (not to mention that 7.0 being a buggy mess proves that adding new features is too hard for them).

I don't think female characters should have beards. I also think it's inappropriate for Bioware to make political, sexual and religious statements while forbidding us from doing the same.

I experienced the same problem. I didn't try every belt in the game, but after trying a bunch I gave up finding one that doesn't clip.

Doing what you suggest would require them to make new animations, which I assume they were too lazy to do. However, they didn't lie. Plenty of us understood what they meant. Criticize them for not doing enough if you want, but they did what they said they were going to do. You were the one who misunderstood.
