  1. If they insist on not unlocking them in collections (which is weird - I thought they like us spending our cartel coins) they should at least give them a place to store those armors, similar to crafting materials menu.
  2. They removed companions from seasons and relegated them to a new grind. I find it better than removing new companions entirely but worse than the previous arrangement. For the last two seasons I'm doing them because there is not much else to do but I don't think I used any of the rewards other than mission unlocks, new companions were my main reason to be excited for seasons.
  3. You can only wear one outfit at a time and you can only ride one mount at a time, yet people always want more. I like companions thusly I ask you: WHY DO YOU NOT WANT ME TO HAVE MORE??????
  4. Altuur has some unique skills so he's a little more interesting. Of course I would prefer more sociable companions but it's still better than nothing (Season 5) and - in my case - a stronghold (Season 6). Give me an option to recruit Umbral at the end of 5, give me a Chiss soldier who screams "For House Inrokini" at the end of 6 and I'll be much more invested and satisfied.
  5. They scrapped is because - I assume - they found a few voices opposing the idea and decided to treat them as the voice of the community. Same thing with companions in galactic season. Whatever means less work is the voice of the community.
  6. Maintenance mode means they stop working on the game, not that with every update they find some way to inconvienience us: last time by nerfing reputation conquest, this time with making PVP seasons more grindy with no added benefits.
  7. Happens with all newer flashpoint - Umbara, Copero, Nathema, Null, Shrine. When one of those is selected you can expect people to drop out. I recently got a walker in Battle for Rishi. A very pleasant surprise.
  8. It would be great if they haven't given us more levels to grind and increased points required to get a level. Adding medpacks and adrenals to reward track adds insult to injury. My ideal solutions would be: 1. Easy. Just extend the season to 16 weeks without changing anything else. 2. Requires work. Cut season from 25 levels to 20. Reintroduce ranked (people clearly want it back) and make the second decoration and shiny version of the armor ranked rewards. In both cases, add GSF objectives.

  10. I get 80-90 in an hour. My mistake was probably clearing the entire area - it would probably be a little more efficient to kill two groups by the entrance and reset phase.
  11. "Hunting rats in a sewer to collect trash" is a fine summary of my experience with this season.
  12. They can simply add another set of objectives (medals \ matches played \ matches won) without changing any other aspects. It would give people more freedom without hindering those who prefer warzones and\or arenas.
  13. What a terrible take from Bryant. There is not a single activity in this game I dislike more than arenas but I don't cry for them to be removed from the season.
  14. I suggested it already: cut last 10 levels of the season, leave basic armor, title and small deco as seasonal reward, make big deco and shiny version of the armor something you earn depending on your performance, like ranked rewards before seasons.

  16. I would be fine with 6.0 returning for 8.0. Tagging and being able to have two classes are the only changes that are worth keeping.
  17. I'm more forgiving when I see incompetence than I am when I see intentional malice. GSF allows to kich someone who doesn't deal damage in some time (which is good but also discourages more strategic play).

So you did the same thing - because the same FOMO is present with those vendor trash items - only without reputation track, conquest points, titles and ability to track the objective easily that come with it. Luckily the reward for 100% the season is very skippable. There is Galactic Season grind, PVP season grind and now you made conquest even more grindy, after awful 7.0 changes that doubled required points. This is probably the worst "update" since 7.0.
  19. Mobs and objectives can just drop reputation trophies instead of currency. I don't know what was the purpose of having currency you could exchange for trophies - probably to cap them - but I don't know to what end if weekly reputation is already capped.

  21. The annoying part stayed - now you just collect vendor trash without reputation track.
  22. I don't like it. It was some free conquest. And it made tracking the achievement easier.
  23. It's a running theme in the last two seasons. 1. Last seasonal currency was pebbles. 2. Repository of Dark Wisdom was filled with garbage and the game encouraged us to explore. 3. Now seasonal currency is literally vendor trash. I think someone is sending a message and I agree with it - changes introduced in last two seasons are trash.
  24. Every time I think that 7.0 era is possibly not as awful as I thought something like this happens.
