  1. Yep. They've done everything they can to annoy us. The timers and removal of the missions have GOT to Go! Our progress should NEVER be reset, we should just be able to pick up where we left off!
  2. With the exception of threats, I agree with this.
  3. Everything is systematically ignored, with the exception of a very few things that they deign to give attention to, just to appear like they're "listening." Until the changes we have requested be removed are removed from the game, I will not believe they listen to us anymore.
  4. This. At this point, since there has been no respect for us players, because of lack of meaningful conversation WITH us about these issues (only commentary AT us, and then lecturing us US on being respectful...SMH...), I highly doubt they plan to do anything and this forum is a complete waste of our time. It's too bad, really, as Star Wars is one of my favorite things. I'll be pleasantly surprised IF the devs deign to correct the contrast issue that is HARMING some of us players, but I won't hold my breath.
  5. I hate to say it but I agree and it's taken a LOT to get me to agree with this. 4.0...it has the nickname Fallen Pants for a reason, and not just because our companions were found with their pants missing on our ships. 5.0...*rolls eyes* 6.0...What was that??? I was still waiting for SUBSTANCE when 7.0 was announced! 7.0..."Shot to the heart and BIOWARE's to blame! You give MMOs a bad name!!!" 'nuff said.
  6. Aye!! Ten millions times over, AYE!!! This is an absolute mess! Rolling back isn't going to hurt BW's fragile ego, it will simply show they're listening to us when we say it's awful and needed a LOT more work before it was ready...as well as giving us back our real gear rather than sticking us in greens. A lot of us call green gear trash for a reason...
  7. I hope the patch will include a fix for the horrendous change to the Inventory and Cargo Holds/Guild Bank that has made it impossible for some of us - myself included - to play this game! It Physically Hurts Us! You have been silent about it, too, which is the source of our frustration and anger. Why be silent about something you guys implemented that is HURTING your players??? I don't get it. It's extremely hurtful to us that we're loyal to you and then you treat us this way!
  8. Do you people also plan to address the fact that the new inventory is giving people migraines and other painful side effects??? Or are you purposefully ignoring us and just focusing on the parts of the game that don't involve giving your players physical pain?
  9. Yep, it does stink of a coverup and it's maddening. For now, all I plan to do is log in to keep my guilds going and nothing more. Heck, I may even just leave my toon logged in just to be a presence for my guild members, but be alt-tabbed to watch Golden Girls reruns on Hulu! Rose, Blanche, Dorothy, and Sophia are more exciting than this is at this point! And they don't give me migraines!
  10. Pretty callous to say to those of us who are experiencing physical harm from the UI...
  11. THIS. Ignoring the fact that it's hurting some of us, the new UI just looks like someone threw it together in Paint and called it done. It's shoddy work. The amount of dead space is laughable. The old UI worked great because it was compact but not cramped, it had all of the pertinent information we needed and not extraneous information that wasn't needed, and it didn't hurt some of us players.
  12. For me, I can have it open for less than two minutes and if there's a few rows of inventory slots that are empty, it starts affecting my eyes almost immediately. If more than a couple minutes, the pressure begins building in my head just behind my eyes. If I ignore that to get what I need to get done, done, I will start moving into a headache. If I continue to ignore it, I have to log out of the game, go to a quiet room, and close my eyes for a few hours, because I've now moved into a migraine. It's happened a couple times over the past week and I don't care to repeat it so I haven't spent more than ten minutes in the game over the past few days, mostly just to set conquest in my guilds yesterday.
  13. That only applies if you're doing the expansion stuff. I've done other things on my 75's and the normal amount of xp was given from those mission, not the overinflated amount of a joke that is the xp from the new story missions. So, for any players who are 75 and not to the new stuff before this expansion, they are still struggling through four levels at the normal rate of xp increase.
  14. At 76??? ROFL...that's a laugh! I log into my level **75** toons and the set bonuses are bright red! You guys have totally messed up the game! I don't even want to log in anymore! Between this and the inventory causing horrible migraines, why would I want to log into this mess??? SMH...
  15. Strange. I searched and searched for this thread, couldn't find it. After I posted a new one thinking this one went POOF, it reappeared. Interesting, to be sure.
  16. We cut them slack in 4.0 when they took away our ability to gear our companions, then mailed our companions' pants back to us while they stood naked on our ships. We cut them slack when they created Command and then it broke the game. We cut them slack when they introduced Iokath with the worst systems ever for doing dailies. We cut them slack when they took Command away right as we were getting used to it, taking the achievements away that many of us didn't get - nor had any time to complete before it was ripped away from us - and gave us Renown. We cut them slack when they gave us Ossus with so many bugs (pun not intended) that certain missions didn't work right. We cut them slack when they took PvP gear away saying it was locking people out of the experience, only to put other gear in that was still gated behind experiences most people don't do. We gave them slack when they claimed said gear wouldn't be effective in PvP but then watched players on opposing teams faceroll us after gaining better gear. We cut them slack when they took regular gearing out of the picture and put in gearing 6.0 style, where you have sixteen gazillion different combinations you could muddle through to try to put them in the right set for your class and specialization. There are so many other things I could fill in here... How much more slack is there in this rope we're holding onto before we finally reach the end and have to let them tumble with our "WE TOLD YOU SO'S" echoing behind them???
  17. Welcome to SWTOR, where things are needlessly ruined or made more complicated or removed/changed for no reason whatsoever.
  18. Yet it is still mitigatable, by turning your screen brightness down. The cyan blue around the empty slots in the inventory is NOT mitigatable, because it's still a very bright blue on a very dark background. It causes us PHYSICAL PAIN.
  19. YOU don't have a problem with it, but a lot of us do, as evidenced by this thread. Just because YOU don't doesn't mean it's not an issue. The brightness on Hoth is mitigatable, by turning screen brightness down while on Hoth. Same with Ilum. Plus, you're there for a short amount of time and the landscape is nearly always moving. It isn't a BRIGHT color on a dark background, either. Kinda like these forums. Can you imagine having to read these forums in THIS COLOR CONSTANTLY??? I can't! But I'll make you do it just so that it digs the point in. Or, better yet, how about this? Let's write like this for a bit. It won't matter, you only have to TRY TO READ IT Good luck with that! Getting tired of trying to read this yet? After a bit, your eyes and brain start fighting one another. They don't like the color formatting and it makes it difficult to stare at for long periods of time. It also takes forever to edit the color formatting but I'll edit this for an hour if I must to hammer the point through. This physically hurts to try to read. Now imagine you're trying to stare at little squares outlined in this cyan/turquoise color to work in your inventory/cargo bay/guild bank. It's torture.
  20. No. It is NOT asking too much to ask them to give us something that Does Not Physically HARM us!
  21. So...@JackieKo...Is anyone from BW going to chime in here or are you guys ignoring us? Why did this make it to live? When people on the PTS were complaining about how it looked, why didn't it get changed? Heck, all the devs really needed to do was reduce the space between items in the inventory and tone down that garish blue outline, but no. That would have been too easy, I'm sure. Let the players be PHYSICALLY HARMED instead! Yeah, that last sentence was probably a little over the top but this entire thread is full of people - myself included - that are being PHYSICALLY HARMED by the new inventory look. What gives? Why can't we get this addressed? This is more important than loot crates being empty, because this literally affects our physical health, in real life. Have you ever had a migraine? I sure hope you haven't and never have to suffer through them like many of us - myself included - do. It's torture. Thus, I expect a response from you or someone else from BioWare on this issue. This is not going to go away but players might because of it. We don't want PHYSICAL HARM from your game!
  22. I happen to run TWO small guilds on one server. We managed to get 5m on one and 500k on the other with zero issues this week. You don't even have to be in the top ten anymore for your players to get their encryptions. You can do it very easily on your toons and have plenty of time to do whatever else the rest of the week. It's not difficult to do.
  23. 100k is pretty easy to get, though. Just play your story. That alone gives tons of CQ points. Do grouped content. Level up companions.
  24. I've come to the point of actually bugging it. This cannot be what they intended, so it's a bug. I would suggest everyone else do the same.
  25. How is it illogical? Kennedy is the CEO of Lucasfilm, which OWNS this game.
