If LS/DS really is about the living force and not right vs. wrong, my non-force users shouldn't be affected. Although I will admit to always taking the LS choice, even if the DS choice would make more sense, on my sage; I RP him as dogmatically attached to the Jedi Code, among his other issues. On that note, by far the most incongruent result - major spoilers for the JK end quest:

I've had multiple people tell me they'd rather get the XP from the droids, so they do it wrong on purpose.

I'm almost a little disappointed that no one has written about me in the "weird PuG" thread, after some of the things I have done. I have had good experiences, bad experiences, and weird experiences in FPs, but I always learned by doing. And I always spacebar after the first time in any raid, but I don't complain if others don't, even if they've seen it before.

Because it's funnier my way, that's why.

Czerka Labs tactical; nothing unusual except that the group consisted of 2 healers and 2 tanks. I like to think that there were 4 DPS queued for HMs who were forced to keep waiting for no good reason. And it once again made me glad I broke down and spent the credits on field respec.

It was somewhat annoying to have to spend so much to outfit my entire Havoc Squad in that armor, but yeah, it's because of the mods.

I have never had an issue coming up with names, although mine tend to be in the "random collection of letters that sound nice together" category rather than meaning anything as such.

I had trouble with that boss, but that was my companion's fault, not the droid's, and I figured it out eventually.

I'm fine with the existence of no-longer-obtainable achievements. Think it's great, even. I just think they should have their own category, not be mixed in with ongoing achievements.

Hmm, I've wanted this same thing. I queue on my healer, but I would rather do dailies on my DPS. Too bad it's probably impossible.

Are lasers useful at 35 meters? Because that's as far as sniper rifles shoot in this game.

I was thinking about this just yesterday on my Sawbones Scoundrel. She would look so much cooler if she kept her sidearm holstered while healing and only pulled the blaster out when doing occasional DPS.

Doing tactical FPs on my scoundrel healer, get a pop for Battle of Rishi. The other 3 players are shadows - 2 DPS and a tank even - so I think, "great, we can skip a lot of stuff and do a quick run." Haha, nope. It seems like someone pulled everything - even mobs we could go around WITHOUT stealth, we ended up fighting. When the 3 shadows went to the first console, I went alone to click the second console - after I had stealthed in, clicked it, and stealthed out, the 3 shadows came down and tried to clear the bunker ANYWAYS. Other than that, the only death was at the end when someone failed to properly shield themselves from the electromagnetstormwhatever, I got the weekly, and I was done in time to see the very end of the Super Bowl, so it was all good.

Hoth is by a wide margin my least favorite planet in the game. It's not even close. Which isn't a vote against them putting a SH there, mind you. But I wouldn't get it, maybe even if it were really cheap.

*I would implement The Sims style player and companion customization. And player housing. And . . . maybe I should just go play The Sims. *Get rid of aggro ranges, add a level 60 world boss to every world, and add a mechanism to dump aggro onto someone else. Let's kite WBs into level 1 areas and watch the noobs get eaten! *Interacting with another player in any way flags you for PvP - healing them, buffing them, /whisper . . . and make people have to pay CC to unflag themselves. *Immediately implement EVERY suggestion/demand made on the forums.

Did a Kuat run to remind me how to play my Sin - was joined by a sniper whose gearing was . . . eclectic to say the least. Come to think of it the only gear piece he had that was Cunning was the earpiece, everything else was a mix of the other 3. Popped his screen before every fight, was often at melee range and out of cover. He said he knew the starship puzzle, but messed it up - fortunately, that was just a mistake, not a "I will do it wrong on purpose for the XP from the droids which they TOTALLY give" which I have seen before - I did ask.

Not just a good story line, but 8? Plus, it's Star Wars.

Any time a thread like this is made, someone will come along and say "if you want to solo, don't play an MMO," which fails to grasp why I like this game. But I have the same issue, I miss out on a LOT because I have no interaction beyond the GF and even that is hit-or-miss.

I am sort of in the same boat - I have managed to do every FP in the game; solo or PuG, SM or HM. But in a year and a half my total Ops experience is 2 event bosses (Xeno and the Eyeless) and the first 2 bosses of DF. Last night I was in a group that was going to do one, but it disbanded instead. I hang out on fleet sometimes but it's so rare to see groups for lower-level ops being formed, and I don't feel like I can do level 60 ops with my current gear.
