  1. This is funny, because this seems to be one of the most tank heavy games I've ever played. I don't have a problem with people who don't know what they're doing, or who choose to sit there and not do anything, because I do what I do on my guardian without them like a boss. Kolto consoles are lifesavers when a dumb or inexperienced healer is dead.
  2. Oh boy. Here we go: One time, during a 2x week (not weekend, week.) I was grinding KDY because I had nothing better to do and I hadn't yet done it to the point where my brains fell out. Anyway, I was tanking on my Guardian, and we had this one sentinel who kept running in and aggroing everything. So the rest of us, in turn, politely asked him to let me tank since he kept dying. So we got to station guardian one's fight, (The one with the different droids on the glass platform.) and he ran in and aggroed while we were still healing up. Luckily, we had a scoundrel healer who realy knew his/her stuff. So he got us back up to full, and we started an incredibly long fight with the droid where he died multiple times. I think he may have forgotten to repair his gear or something, because eventually the healer just stopped healing him altogether. Eventually we beat him, and he ninja looted everything and got the heck out of there. It was okay, because we got some drops from the other bosses, but it still could have been better.
  3. I absolutely agree. When I started this game, I leveled every republic advanced class to at least 15, and couldn't stick with any of them. I got at least 4 to level 27 and finished tatooine, and then ended up rerolling them. When 12x came along, I decided I wanted to give the Gunslinger another chance, and stuck with it. Now he's almost level 56!
  4. Howdy all. I'm a big fan of DOT specs, and I noticed that both disciplines seem to be centered around them. So, what is the difference between them? I normally PvP, so that's what I'd like the focus to be on.
  5. Glad to hear! We at <Pixel Perfect> Would be glad to have you around. I'd suggest shooting a pm at Kamikaze in-game. If he isn't on, then we can figure something out.
  6. Howdy Ramsay! What faction are you on? I happen to have a guild that would love to have you, but it's on pub side.
  7. Do you like smugglers? If so, go Mercenary. It's the best of both troopers and smugglers, with missions, heavy armor, two blasters, and tons of sarcasm! Plus tons of utilities.
  8. If you are on the Jedi Covenant server, or don't mind making a character on it, <Pixel Perfect> is a Republic side guild that would love to have you.
  9. Smuggler is great for a killing spree and money hog. Otherwise:
  10. I'm pretty sure that the tooltip says that sundering assault only sunders if you are specced Vigilance/Vengeance or Focus/ Rage. On a side note, what is the difference between an ability which replaces and an ability that shares a cooldown? Say, bludeon replaces blaster whip on a scoundrel, and sundering assault shares a cool down with aegis assault on a tanking jugg.
  11. I have one, if you're interested.
  12. None taken, it just didn't seem like it was as funny as I thought. You can go ahead and delete this post Community team.
  13. The Jedi keep the smugglers and troopers from killing anyone.
