  1. Absolutely the same. I hate everything that has word "eternal" in it. Frankly, if not for lightsabers, i would never even think "Eternal Empire" is from Star Wars universe. I too, was waiting to finally rejoin original faction and kiss this ******** alliance goodbye. Shame though, that they didn't write it out of the story and universe completely.
  2. Well, where even to start. 1. I, for one, want old planets to make a comeback, especially Coruscant and Dromind Kass. These are capital worlds of two major superpowers, something is bound to happen there, besides, it would give us an opportunity to explore our characters factions deeper. 2. More space warfare, which includes pve space missions and new gsf maps/ships, etc. Lots of people liked vanilla pve space missions, it's a shame, they've been forgotten completely. As for GSF, there should be some kind of testing ground with ai, because it's hard for new players to learn. 3. Combat system overhaul. This should come as no surprise, that most classes lost their uniqueness and viability thanks to genius "class innovations" from Bioware. 4.Old gearing system back, + pvp gear vendor(with old vanilla armors as well) 5. Difficulty change. I'm one of those, who still thinks difficulty is nowhere near of vanilla one. I realize there are a lot who want it easier, so how about we bump difficulty by a lot, but introduce somekind of booster, like on Makeb, that increases your stats, and basically makes the game a hole lot easier. 6. World Bosses. They should definitely be buffed A LOT, as well, as get separate quests for each one and actual rewards. Also, add all of them to Priority Targets quest. 7.Add 1-1, 2-2 modes to pvp. Frankly, i never understood why it hasn't been done to this day. Practically the same 4-4 arenas can be utilized for it. 8. Add rewards for following objectives in 8-8. We're getting separate score for objectives, so why not tie up rewards with it? May be then people would actually do them. 9. Bring back Satele Shan and give an option to kill of Tau as republic. (i beg you) 10. Fix Colicod War Games. Also, add hm to it and Kuat fp's. Add sm to Kaon Under Siege and Lost Island.
  3. To be honest, i'm not seeing any good set bonuses for tank, especially for PVE. If it was up to me, i'd pick Strategist(4) and Meteor Brawler(2) or Right Price(4) and Meteor Brawler(2). Reduced CD on Neural Surge has it's perks, especially in PVP and 10% dmg. reduction under BF with Ion Cell is mediocre at best, but still better than nothing, i guess...
  4. Yeah, basically upon activation of RS (looks like BF now) there was 15 sec to charge Ionfall to 7 stacks and wait for it to fire off. I'm guessing same thing under Battle Focus now.
  5. Powerlode may be considered high risk high reward, but i don't think any other is worth it. Seriously, Energized Blade is a joke and Flame Detonation requires use of Explosive Surge. I think Shaterred Slug would've been a better pick, instead of ES. I actually went on forums and checks number of stacks, kinda looks like i pulled number 10 out of nowhere, so don't mind that Ionfall - aoe ability of RS, triggers only after shield ends, so it doesn't cancel out the shield. Between +2% endurance/mastery, it looks like a better pick, at least to me.
  6. Dps on tactics seems lower, but still high. I like powerlode tactical, which gives 4 stacks for cell burst upon activation, combined with 1 stack whenever enemy crits at you. Speaking of gear, i like 6 set meteor brawler. 10% dmg increase with stockstrike and 10m in radius aoe feels good. Though, i seem to reach only 7 stacks out of 10, not sure why. At 7, aoe dmg is like 40k+. A few days ago, i scored like 8.6 mil dmg on void, so i'd say vg's overall damage is pretty high:D
  7. If things were different this time around, we'd have some kind of road map, well, something other than silence. I'd day, if we don't get any new content until December, it's gonna be same as past 5 years - small content updates once a year.
  8. BWA is well aware that it need higher cap. However, they want average joe to spend those fragments and, most of all, credits on armor/tacticals.
  9. No arguments there, however after 5 years of next to no actual content, players wouldn't just give away their money. They would have to make super long expansion, filled with story, pvp and pve activity.
  10. Doesn't work like that, mate. We don't know how much ea allocated, but we do now, that EA invested 400$ mil in Anthem, which turned out to be a giant flop. If anything, i'm wondering how EA plans to get back it's investment.
  11. This should probably be clarified. 20$ for expansion like ROTHC, and SOR is fine, i'll pay for something like that with pleasure, however "expansion" or DLC, like Onslought ain't even worth 5$.
  12. Doubt that, He’s weak, like really weak. I think he will remain in semi-advisory role. Likely yes, Kira will be a part of new jedi order, however definitely not as a master/grandmaster. Hm, I didn’t know that chancellor and Kira have the same voice actor. I knew it sounded familiar. Well, that good, I wanted more interactions with Chancellor Rans anyways. She’s very polarizing figure. Huge amount of players hate her, some like. If it was up to me, I would make her side-character and brought back old ones, like Satele to major roles. Besides, why on earth will she leave? In the end of KOTET, she was on Coruscant with padawans, helping to recover and possibly teaching them as well. If anything, she was among the first jedi to come back into the light.
  13. Tactics Vanguard: Get lost gear set. This set increases movement speed on Hold the Line by 200%, combined with stun immunity. Look at it this way, vanguard’s have been complaining for lack of defensive cooldowns for a while, so instead of actually doing that, we decided to add insane ability that would allow to kite and run from everyone however you want! The tactics Master Tactical. This tactical removes duration timer on this ability, thus making it a permanent movement boost once activated. Just imagine, this master gear set and tactical will allow you to irritate your opponent immensely at any moment! On more serious note, your post really brightened my mood
  14. I got similar feeling, but geniuses behind kotfe/kotet and Nathema, killed off plenty of beloved vanilla characters. Why do you think they brought back Malgus? Because not many of interesting characters left. For this reason, i think killing off or removing Satele is incredibly stupid decision. Beyond her, who's left? Gnost-Dural? Basically everyone else is irrelevant. Knowing that, i can't imagine she will go away, however i do agree that likely we won't see much of her.

  16. Isn't it obvious? Devs wanted to make retarded RNG gearing the only source of getting gear. Once dust has settled, they will reduce mat requirement a bit, but i don't think it will EVER be, like it used to.
  17. Is it really so hard to figure out. Everything you have is still there, however in order to convert those tokens you got in your inventory, i personally, sent them to another char. Once i accepted them from mail, they converted into currency, which you can exchange to another "sendable" BBA currency from BBA vendor, which, in turn, you can send back to char you want, which you can exchange back to actual currency. Note, i really hate this ********.

  19. Agreed, i've been experiencing the same issues in regs. Sometimes fps drops are quite drastic.
  20. Definitely agree. I think what they've done to most of vanilla characters is just outrageous. They wasted a bunch of quality characters on Nathema for NO REASON. They wasted Satile Shan and replaced her with boring and uninteresting Tau (big freaking thanks here). Malgus was clearly brought back, because he's one of few engaging characters left, but even his story arc feels very mediocre. Second big problem that i have, since KOTFE, is this new trend of wasting "quality" planets, like Onderon, Ossus, Dantoine on incredibly small story pieces. Planets like these hold a special place in TOR era fans hearts, and wasting such a huge potential of those planets on 1 hour DLC is just a disgrace. Such planets should only be the size of Makeb and have tons of story and lore on them. Third problem, of course, is quality of story telling. It's no surprise, that quality of story telling has been dropping since the launch, until finally reaching the botton - Iokath and pretty much all of KOTET. Story in Onslought is extremely short, mediocre and predictable. They had 3 bloody years and that's all they came up with, really? Of course, some people are using an excuse that studio is smaller. Well, first of all, i couldn't care less. It's not as if they had 2 weeks to come up with everything. Beyond that, OP makes a good point, writers aren't the programmers, they don't program actual stuff in the game, they write the story. And all we got in this new expansion (which it's not, it's a small DLC) is 4 hour mediocre story line. Great... Now, onto the studio. Yesterday, EA said, that swtor is close to reaching 1 billion in revenue. We don't know, how much did they get in last 5 years, but it's sure more than 300 million. So, looking at this number and, for example, looking at revenue made by GW2, i just keep wondering, where is our content. For years people were using an excuse of poor revenue and working on Anthem Well, it's not as low as we thought and no one is really working on Anthem anymore, so what is an excuse now? Where is new content? Where is roadmap?
  21. Frankly, i don't see anything good here, in fact, i'm outraged. I found revenue for 3 financial years - 386 million, which leaves us with ~ 614 millions in next 6 years. Naturally, looking at these numbers, i'm wondering, WHERE THE HELL is new content?! What are we paying our money for? We waited 3 years for Onslught, seriously? Where is new pvp stuff, class balance, gsf maps?

  23. It's not that they don't have, they just don't want. Action like that certainly requires removal of countless abilities, set bonuses and more. Imagine, if snipers suddenly lost roll and reset abilities. There would be an outcry, forums are gonna be flooded with angry threads, cursing the developers, even though action like that will put snipers in line with pts. I really don't get this endless quest for more dcds. By refusing to lower amount of dcds, they just create demand for more, thus we get this never ending loop.
