I have this problem to and it is extremely punishing. I zone in, and then I have like 12 seconds to get out, but either there is a laser barrier in the way or the speeder won't spawn. I'm open to both. Honestly, I was Imperial except the loading times on my Imperial server were so bad, I was waiting 45 minutes to get in. I rerolled here as Republic with some other friends and by the time they fixed their queues, I was too invested to go back.
