  1. Well at least it sounds like I didn't really miss out on anything. I submitted a ticket asking for the quest to be reset, but I really doubt they will.
  2. This really sucks. I really wanted to select the option to marry Nadia, but during the last quest with her I selected an option other than "marry me" figuring I could still select it on the next dialog page, but then the quest was over and now I'm just screwed. I tried to figure out if I could reset the quest or something before I accepted, but it wasn't in my log. I think I am going to cry. Does anything interesting happen after you marry her?
  3. Perfect, hopefully if enough tickets are opened they will address this issue.
  4. This system is invalid. Certain numbers will be statistically better picks. If you simulate this situation with a large number of trials, you will notice that the winning number will form a normal distribution with mean 50. Better system: you find out how many wish to "roll" on the item, and then pick an integer [1,n] where n is the number of people. Another person puts the people in a random order. Then, both tell at least two 3rd party individuals the list and the number, and the winner is selected as i'th person on the list where i is the random number selected. There might be simpler systems, but I would have to spend some more time to come up with one.
  5. I really hope bioware addresses this issue. Does anybody know of a better way to make them aware of it? I submitted a ticket, but all I got was an automated response.
  6. Yes, you can find them on drops. They are more frequent from elites, champions, and bosses (not world bosses, just normal boss mobs standing around the levels).
  7. There is an option (I think under UI) that enables comparisons for companions. Remember though, if the companion doesn't have an item in that slot (or doesn't have that slot at all), you wont see anything. It also only shows your currently summoned companion, and if you have multiple slots of that type, it can be confusing.
  8. Wow was the same way for a long time (I think they did eventually change it). It isn't really a problem though, if you cancel your subscription before the end of the 30 days, you shouldn't be charged.
  9. Open your map, select vendors, and mouse over all of the symbols, you should find it relatively quickly. (And yes, it is in the fleet.)
  10. The ship schematics don't work with reverse engineering though, the only way to get them is through splicing (or if you are like me and have scavenging and underworld trading, buying them on the auction).
  11. Ship customization beyond weapons would be great. If you could expand or purchase larger ships with modular rooms and decorations, that would be fantastic. Your ship would be player housing of a sort. P.S. For any of the above to be really interesting you would have to be able to invite other players to your ship.
  12. Glad to hear that everything is working now.
  13. I didn't get the icon on my hud or the "you have mail icon" above the mailbox, but it was in there none the less.
  14. The only upgrades you can buy with commendations are the 4 special ones with only 1 level, and to get all of them you only need 320 commendations (that sounds like a lot, but they are easy to get). For the upgrades for the normal 6 slots, you either purchase them (with credits), or there are better ones created by cybertech (all of which are BoE).
  15. I really hope they get around to fixing this at some point. It really bothers me to not have the map completed.
