  1. LOL my guy, that's what lowbies are for. If you're a complete noob queuing into 80s ungeared and unskilled all bcs you used the master datacron then don't expect to not get pummeled. Just make a new toon, and start pvping in lowbies, that way gear matters less and you can start practicing early on against people who also don't know what theyre doing. Any of the skilled PvP'ers in the game started somewhere as well, we didn't all just go from 0 > 100 in one warzone, so crying about getting beaten by skilled players is useless, it would be like showing up at the gym for the first time ever and crying that you cant deadlift 350 lbs. As with everything in life there's a learning curve, and PvP is about survival of the fittest. The problem is PvE players dont understand that and queue into a game mode they are completely unprepared for and then start crying on the forums about "its not fair that guy jumped me and beat me to a pulp in 3.5 seconds, NERF THEM" and the devs who have not a single clue in hell how to pvp respond with "okay lets do it". Like I tell people, and I don't mean this in a rude or insulting way, L2P or stay out of PvP. It's no different than a trigger happy PvP'er playing a dps class queuing into PvE and jumping on the boss bfr the tank has had time to make sure everyone is prepared and pull aggro. Just learn how to play the game mode you're queuing into, and as one of the previous posts mentioned, for PvP one good way to do that is to duel, a LOT. Go and learn how to play different classes, even if you dont actually make a toon but at least read some guides and have an understanding of other class' dcds and rotations, that way you can learn to anticipate their next moves and counter their dcds. ✌️ & ❤️
  2. Oh yeah I've known that for a long time, and that's besides all the bought accounts lol
  3. Yeah people are always crying about the Cut to Pieces tactical, crying about how op it is while stacking around a veng jugg, even as ranged, like bruh... The best part is when those people who cry about how overpowered ctp is and how thats the only reason juggs can do so much damage get called out to try it out for themselves, they end up with 6k dps (I have personally been seeing ranked players using it and ending up with only that much damage, some platinum players make it to 9k, and Im still here hitting 10k+ with arsenal, the single worst class for dps in the game, should arsenal be nerfed as well? lol). I'm not trying to attack you, I just want to make it clear that ctp is not as simple to use as you think, yes it can pull some great numbers when the other team is stacked, or when you find ways of creating AoE situations (as you would with sorc or sniper dot spreading, by pushing targets into a cluster to AoE) however otherwise you're using a spec that does way less single target damage than Rage, so its a trade off. What they CAN do, is lower the aoe radius of lethality operatives on their toxic haze, which would slightly balance out their massive dps output. Veng is fine. Just don't stack.
  4. This is nothing new. What most of the casual or new regs players dont understand is that most of the experienced players in the game don't care about objectives because it brings nothing to the table. It's been done to death, offers no real challenge or excitement, and unless you're not yet fully geared, offers nothing valuable to the player except some useless galactic seasons points and stuff (which is cool if thats what you want but lets be real, thats ***** just an excuse so ppl have something to do/chase). Yes all of us can understand that for casual gamers getting ganked by a premade of ranked players over and over is no fun bcs you spend most of your match out of spawn, we get it. HOWEVER, those types of games don't happen often enough for it to be a real issue. You might get 1-2/10 matches like that in a regular q so changing the entire game for 10% of your matches being less/no fun is ridiculous. I'm sure there are complete noobs who find some of you players who might be a little better than them also annoying. This is how pvp works, its survival of the fittest (as it should be). My advice to you would be one of a few things. First off you can always get yourself a group going and queue in a premade as well, that way you can all move as a group and even things out a little (believe me, Ive seen casual players who group up use enough cc and focus to push back ranked premades). Second, this is a great learning experience. Instead of thinking well here we go about to die 100 times again and seeing the rest of the warzone as unenjoyable from the get go, try and figure out ways to play better and increase your own skills. If you know you're not going to enjoy a win then forget about winning for that match (which is something I highly recommend all newer players to try out, its much more fun to just do your own thing and test yourself out to practice and have fun, which is what regs should be about, at least once in a while) and instead try and improve your own gameplay. Maybe use those matches to work on your positioning and using line of sight to attack those players while staying hidden. Or maybe you can test out some AoE builds as those premades are great fun to launch AoE attacks at as they usually stack pretty close. Personally, while I can understand the frustration those matches bring to newer players, I love using a nice AoE setup and lighting their team up. Yes you will probably end up with a lot more deaths than usual, especially if you play melee, however seeing yourself with top damage at the end even with your 10+ deaths is amusing to me. Point is, challenge yourself, force yourself to get better and deal with those situations. It might suck at first but eventually you will get better, and it will vastly improve your own gameplay in other more balanced matches. In time you'll realize those ranked players really aren't that good, there's a reason they queue in premades in a game mode they call "not serious"
  5. The level 23 utility that heals you for 1% health when one of your deathmarks is consumed is bugged. There's currently a ~3 second inner timer on the healing, so you effectively only get 1% health every 3 or so seconds. Please fix this asap.
  6. Debilitate, especially as leth you already have a 30% slow on your corrosive grenade, and the stun helps you keep your target still during your predictable burst rotation.
  7. Lol every class has access to stuns, and this isn't coming from getting stunlocked a couple of times, its from the new meta where everything slows/roots/stuns you to infinity and beyond. Dealing with a 1v1 on some classes is bad enough, as ops and sins sorely lack in mobility and gap closers (especially against certain classes), but the problem is most of the time you are fighting multiple enemies at once, which is enough cc to completely lock you out of a fight until youre basically already dead, and this happens on repeat.
  8. I'll just get straight to the point, resolve is absolute crap with the way things are atm. Please make the resolve bar activate after any hard stun and last for at least 15 seconds. For roots it should be at least 1/3rd of your bar every time you get rooted, and slows should be worked into there too. There is way too much cc atm, at least in PvP, and taking people's abilities away isn't the answer, just make the resolve bar useful please.
  9. Hello, when queuing into pvp there's a bug that removes class buffs from you. I've noticed the ones removed are usually your class's native buff, so crit one for agents, endurance for bounty hunters etc. Please fix this, its very annoying missing a bunch of dmg, and especially the crit being that augments not working leaves us with already low crit chance.
  10. Can you guys please give us a way to have multiple dummies close to each other to test out aoe abilities, PLEASE?
  11. Are you sure you're just not using death brand (the purple deathfield icon)? that one doesnt spread dots, its a single target ability.
  12. So at level 23 for madness/balance sorcs/sages you get a utility option that heals you for 1% of your health every time a deathmark is consumed. Now I have tested this and there seems to be an internal timer (of about 2-3 secs) on the healing you can receive which the utility doesn't mention (even though your target is consuming deathmarks rapidly you only see one heal of 1% every 2-3 seconds as opposed to what is supposed to be multiple heals like you see with your static barrier that heals you for 1% health per second). If this is a bug please fix it so we can get the correct amount of healing, otherwise please mention the internal timer on the utility because its a big deal. Thanks in advance.
  13. Yeah I figured it had something to do with bolster, and I checked more than once to make sure it wasn't relics of course.
  14. Been seeing this scoundrel called Caechi or something rolling around in warzones with 327 IR and over 18k mastery, does anyone know how that's possible?
  15. Do you have any classes or specs you want to know about? I play all classes so the list would be a bit long lol
  16. I don't remember having any particular issues with the early gearing systems. I understand the need for a bolster system, though it would be nice to get a functioning one, a clear understanding of how it works and the ability to test it outside of instances.
  17. Just to let you guys know bolster completely ignores augments, so not only do we get terrible choices for our tertiary stats (needing to get a diff piece of gear every time you want to switch them) but on top of that we can't even tweak them with our augs. I can understand this might be a bug, but the question needs to be asked, are you guys ACTIVELY trying to get everyone to leave this game? The gearing system you guys implemented for 7.0 is by far the worst one since the game was originally launched, the tertiary stat distribution is a complete mess, diff classes will cause diff pieces to drop so there's no consistency when transferring gear around to open gear boxes. Why can't you guys just have one vendor for each content (pve and pvp), which sells legacy bound gear with no specific title. One piece of gear with no class-specific title for each tertiary stat so that you can choose which stats you want and then min max with augs. Otherwise just bring back mods in gear and do away with this whole failure of a system because atm the stat distribution in pvp is an absolute mess, and the worst part is we don't even have any bolster stations to test it out and the way that bolster currently affects our gear is absolutely nonsensical. I'm sorry but the game right now feels like it's an early stage of PTS testing and not the actual full expansion, everything is just a mess.
  18. Gear pales in the face of skills. For us to be sure you'd have to parse on someone in a match wearing both sets of gear, bcs you can't evaluate gear based on players wiping the floor with someone who has better gear.
  19. The only way switching between two different combat styles is worth it (unless switching to a mirror class) is if your keybinds can also switch with your loadouts because otherwise it would take longer shifting everything around than simply switching to an alt. Please make it so that when you switch to a different combat style your keybinds change as well to your preferred setup for that combat style.
  20. Yeah I have to agree, the fanged tact just made the class playable but required you to spam a garbage attack over and over. They need some way to incorporate a different focus in the rotation that is not based off of massacre, and also make it fun and deal a lot of damage (you are supposed to be a glass cannon after all), and I think the options I mentioned would be a good way to do that.
  21. You should be hitting for way more than 30k. I'd suggest revisiting your rotation and gear, because contrary to what some are saying the damage output in 7.0 also increased a lot.
  22. Crazykidddd

    unfair

I 100% agree with reverting pvp back to the old 1 for a loss, 2 for a win. All the issues ppl bring up with that system are not only completely irrelevant in the face of the much bigger issues the current system poses, but are also completely moot by the fact they still have that system going on for GSF, which makes absolutely no sense. We need to get a developer who actually pvp's to take charge of this ****, or by all means offer a survey to pvp players so they can tell you how to do your job, smh.
  23. Except that you can't buy implants for diff classes lol go back and check.
  24. Exactly, more ease of use problems that could be solved in a second smh
  25. Who's genius idea was it to make it so that when you hit 80, you are forced to play pvp matches with no set bonus (leg. impants) up to 10 times so you could "build charges" instead of being able to buy them straight away. Please do away with this whole charges BS, it makes no sense, is a real hassle, and forces more grinding as if we don't already have enough with the new gearing system.
