Wow, you really had some unrealistic expectations here, anyone who has played for more than a year should know what to expect from BioWare by now.

Maybe i'm missing something here, but why is there a Juggernaut Equipment (PTS) vendor on the Republic Fleet, but not on the Imperial Fleet?

It's definitely AWOL, i suspect since they're supposedly reducing the overall number of abilities that the removal of hotbar 6 is intentional, especially since any bug that could affect it would likely cause issues with the other hotbars, so there's no logical explanation to what could've happened to it other than it being intentionally removed.

They don't tell you, but access to the PTS requires a complete separate install of the entire game, also, they're not the only game who does this with their test servers, STO, NWO, are just 2 examples, but honestly it's rare to find a online multiplayer game that doesn't require a separate game install for testing.

I've experienced that exact same issue

I just started having that stuttering issue a few weeks ago, shortly after a windows update, all drivers and firmware are up to date on all of my hardware, all software related to hardware and drivers are also up to date, as is windows in case I wasn’t clear enough on that, I have yet to find any viable fix anywhere, and the issue only occurs on SWTOR, and nothing else, if anyone has found a solution to this issue, please post it’s details here. - Thanks

Hopefully the remaining wait time will be short, but thanks too suffering from frequent, severe insomnia which usually keeps me awake for 72+ consecutive hours a week on average, I have plenty of time to waste until you get it fixed the right way.

I don't know about Bombd's exact issue, but I'm having what seems to be a similar issue, I can download and install the launcher just fine, but when I run the launcher it shows ""Installing Downloading 0% (18.04KB/s"" and just stays there doesn't move at all, been like that for over an hour and zero progress or change of any kind. Additionally I'm a subscriber and recently had to do a fresh install of windows, so this is a fresh SWTOR install attempt.

I'm on the Jedi Covenant server and instead of the Boost only working for an hour, mine aren't working at all, and it's not just the major experience boosts, it's every kind of boost bought with Cartel Coins

and people wonder why the nations of eastern Asia have such prosperous economies, while the rest of the world still struggles, too many games looking only at the number of subscribers on MMO's that have become grind fests, and not noticing how many of those subscriptions are 24/7 grinders with asin IP's. Plus this obviously does nothing but promote people to buy from the asian currency farmers, or as i call them "sweat shop grinders"
