Yeah as I said I never pve on my scrapper I just pvp, so take my comment lightly, people will always bag on this class and in pvp say scrappers suck, but I pwn and have lots of fun and that's what matters, so if scrapper what you love doing in ops then just do it, if you're a good player that is what matters and you ll be able to overcome class deficiencies

  5. As a vanguard here's what I wish I had and didn't have from a pt I wish I had Rocket Punch over stockstrike, stockstrike is so anticlimactic and rocket punch is like BOOM SUCKA! However ill keep my armor, you guys can have yours
  6. Yeah on your typical Orange helmet the metallic one that covers the bottom part of your face is bugged on pureblood and it looks ugly, plus imo purebloods are just ugly, they're the draenei of swtor

I dunno pre shoot first I was a scrapper all the way, at 30 you should have the talent that grants you upper hand on a flying fist proc, so just open up with a expertise adrenal backblast into a blaster whip into a sucker punch and if flying fist procs into a another sucker punch or a pugnacity and then I sabo charge and backblast again and something is generally dead, but yeah at 40 you ll have flachette round and shoot first and it will be awesome
  8. Pretty much with this guy said, I never understood where this whole notion of a balance shadow can't 1v1 people came from, if you stand toe to toe yes, but that's not the way balance should be played, kiting is king
  9. Well if you look at parses the dps says wow we're doing ok, however reality is bosses don't sit there and let you put it on them like that. Lack of a gap closer and positional requirement on backblast is also an issue on some fights, a sentinel does more Dmg anyway even we had that utility and they have a gap closer. But I mainly pvp, I do pve on my balance shadow not on my scrapper.

I'm sorry but every class in this game is good when played by the right person, from my assesment of this game is this, there is just a crap ton of horrible players in this game, keyboard turners, clickers and just people who don't know what to do in a given situation, I play a scrapper scoundrel, balance shadow and a watchman sentinel, I cant even count how many times someone just sits there and eats a master strike, ever Heared of a stun or a knockback? Because every class has one, and it goes the same to all of the QQ of my favorite class the scoundrel from the scoundrel community from how weak it is, sorry but I wreck don't know what these people are talking, same with my friend who is a commando who puts up devastating numbers, sorry QQers you must not know how to utilize skills. Just my 2 sents, see that pun haha, jk it was lame
  11. Why? Juggs/guardians are the best ballcarriers with a well placed force push, leap and the another leap to a respawn, han score in 15 seconds
  12. I'm a scoundrel, and the smuggler story is the best and I've played through all of them to at least chapter 1, the dialogue of your smuggler is comedic and you get positive affection with all of your companions when you flirt with people
  13. I play a balance shadow and a scrapper scoundrel, and I don't feel that my scrapper is weak, in fact once you get gear you wreck, but my shadow doesn't even throw pebbles, the republics lightning so I don't fully agree with your assessment

  15. How would this work in pvp? Will bowdar appear me out of thin air and toss me? As cool as this sounds it doesn't make sense logistically. How about we have a whip that hangs off of our back that we use to latch on the environment around the Target that swings us behind them, that way we combine han solo and Indiana Jones into one character
  16. Nice video man, my scrapper scoundrel and balance shadow are my two favorite classes in the game, and I don't care what the naysayers say, my scrapper is a blast to play and I perform very well on him.
  17. Pretty close to what I said but I prefer balance over infil, KC is pretty much the most boring spec in this game and if people are smart they just knockback or stun TK throw its not like we can spam it
  18. Yeah I agree with you, I haven't tried infil with my normal team and I don't think I would, I know When we coordinate kills whenever we see yoyo saber our combat sent will do a crippling throw and we ll do an insta gib switch, I wouldn't want that to happen to me
  19. I've played both KC and Balance extensively and have a pretty good perspective when it comes these 2 specs so here it goes. KC though its a "tank" spec per say its better suited imo to be played in dps gear with dps stats in particular with power being a heavy stat. It's an awesome spec to play if you're solo queing, lots of aoe Dmg through slow time and force breach, decent burst through force potency pop a relic and an adrenal with telekentic throw/project. Generally through decent survivabillity w/self heals you can put up decent numbers, generally I pull 250-400k Dmg 30k prot points and 75k self heals. It also has good utility when it comes to objectives, slow time and force breach is awesome in void star when it comes to multiple people capping doors and force pull is awesome in hutt ball. However, in team play if you're relied on to do Dmg and have good support I believe balance is a better spec. I personally believe if you want to be an actual tank then a guardian or a vanguard would be better choices, whereas I believe the KC is a better dps then those 2. Balance is my personal favorite spec, with a good team around you its pretty deadly, I have pulled 700k in a drawn out turtle voidzone, it provides decent burst if timed properly and good sustained Dmg, and a good aoe move in FiB. The top talent in balance, sever force, is pretty awesome it just adds with your other dots and the 2 sec root is pretty sweet, it takes awhile to get used to for sure, it doesn't have infil burst but you ll see yourself doing a lot more Dmg for sure, I get my 300k medal every game that's not a steam roll and with keeping taunts on cd and with moderate self healing its not rare to see 20k prot points and 40-55k self healing, if you like the big front end Dmg of infil you might just want to stick with that, I just think balance has the best versatility. Hope that helped a little bit! I in no way consider myself an expert, but all I do in this game is pvp and I believe I perform pretty damn well, good luck either way have lots of fun, my shadow is one of my favorite toons along with my scrapper scoundrel, its a fun class so enjoy

  21. I gave infiltration a try the other night and performed well enough, I still prefer balance, but I don't think infil is poo either
  22. You're thinking of awe, pacify is the same as obfusicate the accuracy debuff

I've played every AC so here it goes and this list is all for male characters Guardian/Jugg - body type 3 Sentinel - body type 2 works best imo since to me sentinel is more fluid and acrobatic and the body type fits that Marauder - body type 3, the sentinel marauders animation are much more brutish then finesse so this body type fits Sage/sorc - body type 1 is pretty funny but fits but I say body type 2 is the best fit here, body type 4 is funny but kind of works here imo Shadow/assassin - shadow is my main and I think body type 2 is the way to go here Vanguard - body type 3 makes the most sense here Powertech - body type 2,3 or 4 seem to fit a PT well Commando - I generally play as a body type 2 but didn't like it on the commando due to the redicilous size of the assault cannon, so go body type 3 Mercenaries - see powertech Gunslinger/sniper - personally I think body type 2 is the only way to go here, but I see a lot of fat twileks playing GS Scoundrel/operative - same as slinger/sniper
  24. He also must of been really bad, there is no reason for a mara his level to lose a 1v1 to a 18, he has guarded by the force and force camo, he must of been terrible. Anyway kinetic spec is 1v1 masters, infil with the stars aligned can eat someone in a few globals and balance, which is mainly my spec is more of a group orientated spec, but I pwn with it as well and 1v1 people all the the time with dots and kiting. Kinetic IA definitly more noobs friendly and in the right hands will wreck, I do 1v3 people in KC spec, TkT just heals for to much with a adrenal + relic + force potency procced not to mention it hits like a Mack truck
