  1. codes expired 60 days after they were issued, any code you find will be expired and wont work anyway.
  2. all skill specific augments have been removed to my knowledge, what you are seeing are the same name, but not the same augment. They have all been replaced with mastery, so the names might still exist from people who had them previously, but not sure they are learn able. if you want you can purchase one and see if you can learn it and craft it, but the ones you had previously, that granted willpower or strength, no longer exist because the skills they give (strength, willpower) no longer exist, even though the names may. If you look at the stat, and not the name, you will see they are mastery and not what you think they are (strength willpower etc.) If you want to learn augments find the mastery ones and craft them.
  3. your op said might and resolve...those have both been replaced with mastery. ok. to best answer your question 1) what is you craft? 2) what schematics did you have that you think were incorrectly removed. BE SPECIFIC!
  4. that is upto the individual. for those that never unsub we're constantly getting new updates free. For those that don't sub, they get one month of a fun game, and then rest of the time spent being frustrated with f2p model. Those that sub get the story as soon as it is released. Those that wait have to wait until they feel they are getting more for their sub every other or every 3 months.

  6. well considering all the abilities went poof augments have been reworked. You can look under the crafting changes to see how. Armormechs can now craft Shield, Absorb, and Mastery Augments. Synthweavers can now craft Alacrity, Defense, and Critical Augments. Armstechs can now craft Accuracy, Endurance, and Power Augments.

  8. yet, there are an equal number of posts (roughly) talking about bringing back 12x xp and having to "grind"....if you annoy/upset an equal number of players (both for and against something) odds are, its probably pretty balanced.
  9. no, it wouldn't. we already have pop ups tellign people prices (they just disable them) we already can read numbers yet we always seem to be getting confusion/complaints about people getting scammed. so adding more warning labels, which people just ignore anyway doesn't really solve the problem does it.
  10. pfft last few chars i ran were nothing but pure gathering, was hard enough keeping 1 toon fully occupied in crafting let alone 2 or 3. found it easier to have one one due crafting, other toons do gathering, drop mats into legacy hold and whomever needs em automatically finds them rather than having to transfer back and forth between toons.
  11. srgt. Rusk for Jedi Knight uses assault cannon, but in general is considered on of the worst (well IMO) companions in the game.
  12. not so much that, just making sure there is sufficient value. for example I used to buy 3 or 4 hypercrates at a time. I would end up with a few hundred companion gifts (full affection at the time, a few credit boons (sitting at over 10 million credits) and then fill in with the rest of multiple collection armor sets (well not really I might have nothing but lowers for a set, nothing but uppers for another), and still not have a full set from the individual sets (3 belts, 5 boots, 6 pants, but never a helmet or a chestpiece). nothing more devastating than opening a pack and getting your "rare" item to be a 70k credit boon or a cartel certificate (got a full stack of those as well), or worse yet a companion gift that would sell for at most 15k
  13. usually a day or so, but more if you made the ticket hard to follow or entered into the wrong category. Usually isn't all that huge of a problem, especially if recently, if restoring a char from years ago...probably a bit harder.
  14. Subscribers got the dr. Ogerrobb trainer, party jawa, 3 different speeders, companion (niko okarr), blasters, coat another speeder, 500 cartel coins a month, on top of access to the new expansion and all future chapters while you remain subbed. I open roughly 30 emails for every new char I create for all the free things I get as a subscriber. and you want more.... sure, why not, I'm all for more free stuff. More coins great, wont turn them down.
  15. Posted in your other thread but wanted to cross into this one as well and just toss in my "overwhelmingly biased opinion". And caveat I buy LOTS of packs, but don't think my opinion holds any more water than someone else. I will buy what i want regardless probably as long as the quality is there (thank you by the way for adding in my suggestion for the regen log!!!). Companion gifts are nice, but upto this point held very little value (most companions were maxed affection, and those that were not was special cases because gifts were hard to gather for them anyway). but with multiple gathering skills that gave gifts, it was easy to farm them and CM just drove down prices further lowering their value. XP boosts are limited only to the general 1hr boost or the 3hour boost, the exploration, war zone, space combat, and social boost, were rather pointless and very nearly worthless for most. jawa junk is great, I loath thinking that adding in the "rare' mats (those from conquest and or flashpoin/operations) would be a possibility but worry it boarders on pay to play/win. in general do think they were over tuned, adding say a decoration option, a general item, and an other is a nice mix. With rare/gold options for decoration and general items with the other relegated to jawa junk, mats (credit boons not so much when you are sitting on multi millions already) rep/certificates, etc. the bronze items probably can be consolidated into fewer (say 2 crates upper/lower rather than upper/lower/sup). maybe add stacks of items rather than single items for decos/gifts/etc. But hey, appreciate the chance for giving feedback and hope you at least get a feeling for what people are looking for.
  16. things usually show up a day or two before, the pumpkin chamber, black/orange dye, and the orange speeder. the chamber was the original and was done first, then the speeder and dye were added a few years later. So not sure if they will add something new again this year, given the timing potentially especially with the updates from yesterday.
  17. before you had 8 unique stories thus there was a need for unique dialogue and unique voice acting. Well guess what, we no longer have unique stories and unique dialogue. So having record voices just becomes wasted effort. Now, if you want to make the argument they should have been done already, fine, that has already been said, and it didn't happen, mainly because their metrics and budget said it wasn't worth the effort. As for making it now an option without having already done the voice acting essentially means redoing much of the entire alliance on top of going back and recording the same few things a few 1000 different ways. Which is the part that you are missing, sure its simple to make a toggle...But at this point its a toggle from what we have to, well nothing. And nothing is ever going to changed to anything thus will remain as nothing (i.e not voice acted). For the cost and for the effort I would rather go into something else and keep the repeatable mundane dialogue as is. and please tell me more of "simple programming"...keep it up and i might just learn to program just by reading these forums. Because my two engineering degrees apparently don't qualify me enough.

  19. think OP is wondering how people would feel if they did? i.e would people enjoy if they did or not. I.e Take the T out of the game and make it M for Mature
  20. most of the stuff doing KOTOR style dialogue is just the daily and repeatable content for alliances that you will do over, and over, and over, and over eventually it will be spacebar material. The other part of it is the shear VOLUME of material necessary. so again 8 classes * 2 genders * # companions* all the options dialogue options you have * 3 languages...is a BOAT load of voice acting that just isn't necessary. Especially when many of the interactions ARE repeatable (oggurobb, smuggler, the voss, c2n2 to name a few) and will become space bar material after the 4th or 5th char you create on your 100th or so alliance run after a month. And the notion that it can be made "optional" is laughable. if htey were going to spend the money to do it..why spend twice as much to do it two different ways (thus abandoning the point of not doing the va to begin with..i.e save money). People started spacing the planetary missions after 2nd or third char, they started skipping them after their 5th (and xp bonus) dailies are pretty much space bar material after the first week especially on multiple chars. which is why they took them out in Rishi/Yavin (why have a cut scene if nobody goign to watch it)...and peopel complained, so they added cut scenes back in and removed the VA (cost cutting and time saving). and low and behold..people complain. so, if htey make them fully voiced and fully scripted, people space bar. If they make them Va but not scripted, people complain. If they make them scripted but not VA people complain. Pre-tell can people make up their minds? and make it "optional" is NOT an option as thats doing the same thing twice for twice the cost. which DOES lead to games going poof.
  21. makes no sense. so they need to record 8 classes * 2 genders * 50 alliance/companions * 10 options worth of dialogue that 90% will just end up space baring through anyway (do people still do daily cutscense or that flashpoint they did the 100th time)? AND then make it optional. If they were going to spend the money they would have and just left everything fully voiced. How exactly do they make this "optional"? its not like the audio files actually exist where they can magically go back and just flip a switch. do you even understand how the dialogue is done and added to the game, and what you are actually asking?
  22. so OP did you have problems with bounty hunter waiving hand saying "you are an idiot (paraphrase) " or pretty much 90% of the smuggler responses? there are plenty of comedy/light hearted moments in the original stories. These are just more obvious and pronounced. You can look up many many threads on "favorite quotes" and find plenty that would fit similar styles.
