If you even bothered to read the response from an Eric on this you wouldn't have even needed to ask your question. People wonder why others get upset or annoyed with posters. Bioware gave an official response, yet people neco the thread with the response, asking for a response and obviously totally ignoring the response that was given.

feel free to purchase a few hundred packs in hopes of collecting said armor to either use, or sell. play the market, buy low, sell high, it really does work. yes it takes money to make money, but if you start small (gifts are a great example) people sell for default or lower prices, and could easily sell at 2-3x that value. even a 1.5x profit will amount to a great return if continued over time and gradually allow you to increase in price what you flip. your other recourse, purchase packs with CC and sell those. see that hypercrate on the GTN for 3 million, well in 9 months it might sell for as much as 5 or 6 once supply dries up. if you can manage sitting on high demand items is a great investment. those armors you think are so high, were 1/10th the price a year ago. we had credit sinks...people complained about them (repair costs, skill training, etc). those that know how to play the game, realize how easy credits really are to get.

well to be honest, the quality of customer and level of expectations is to the point where nobody could meet customers demand. I know people what buy something from a different store years ago, had it break or stop working (air mattress that gets a hole or no longer retains air) and think they should be allowed to take it back to walmart (has same type) and return it. no receipt, didn't even buy it at the store, and yet argue and argue that good customer service and the "customer is always right" should justify this.

I think we found the problem.....^ aren't you the same one that complained (for days) about them removing your augments that you swore should have stayed in the game because they had the same name as before, even though had different stats and were given to another craft? I think you really need to reconsider what you think is "unethical" and what entitlements are. Because you are definitely in that latter category of feeling you deserve something for nothing or everything.

you can use the hair style on a different char, or change the outfit so it doesn't clip, or live with it. doesn't what you purchased defective or that you purchased it accidentally. I wouldn't expect a refund, and sounds more like buyers remorse than anything. you can still use it and got exactly what you purchased. now if you still demand a refund, you can cross your fingers and hope you get a response, call and hope they are sympathetic (honestly I wouldn't be) and give you a few CC's to make you go...er happy.

you are describing server latency between you and the server...nothing to do with the engine. and THIS is why we have dozens of threads on "replace the engine" because people have zero idea what they are talking about.

we had more servers, the pvp crowed abandoned theirs and ended up going to the pve servers for better pvp queues. which makes the pve server populations spike, so they've added more capacity to some of the pve servers. adding new servers just defeats the purpose of why people went to the servers in the first place.

why so they can go on cheating/exploiting and over all ruining the experience of others and get banned AGAIN? hmmm...no!

well depending on how many you have referred, some the CC might be from the first few that clicked it. After which you only get the coins for those that have subbed. Additionally they may have clicked, but have since been inactive or were never subs to begin with, thus account has expired or been unsubbed for 90 days or more. you get coins for the first few clickers, you get recurring CC if they continue to subscribe is they way I understanding.

entitlement you're doing it right. TOS: you are paying for access to the game with understanding that maintenance and down time will occur. if you don't agree with those TOS you can delete the game. No online game as 100% uptime its just physically impossible.

so yes you are suggesting either adding in species specific story, or redoing the entire story for every current class to account for this new speices by removing the voice acting and cutscenes. 1) latter will NEVER fly as people complain about lack of voice acting and cutscenes already 2) former will never happen as it requires redoing every story origin for every class (and every faction) yet still maintain the same "story" with same objectives and same dialogue.

um...given how you've presented it. you are basically saying we want a special species, with special story, for classes that already exist but wont have the same actors, rework all future and existing dialogue. no

typically when you get random crashes like that, especially after "time" its a few things. 1) ram 2) heat 3) power. try running a memtest see if your memory is still functioning properly. additionally clean out your fans and case of dust, could easily be a heating issue, especially if video card is passively cooled and dust covered. remove the card wipe off the contacts with some isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) and make sure everything is nice snug and all wires tight. i've not been a fan of AMD for some time, they are cheap and usually get what you pay for (drivers usually poor at best, software even worse). The "tech support" went over to EA website, if wondering. This isn't really a "swtor" issue, as much as a "your pc" issue.

they have said many many many times, they will NEVER put content behind a pay window (i.e on the CM). if you subscribe to the game, you will get the content free of charge, as you are already paying for access to the full game and full benefits, the additional story and content is above and beyond that. Not going to fight about the definition of free or pay window. If you want to give it to someone, purchase a one month subscription card ($15) give it to them, they get the benefits of a subscription AND access to Kotfe on all 9 chapters. If you dont want to continue the subscription, purchase one when you think the number of chapters = price of subscription and purchase it then.

working as intended, the schematics should not be learnable, thus when you log in, they get deleted. these were old ones that shouldn't exist anymore. there is nothing to fix, other than to make sure they are fully deleted and cant be found.
