On Windows 7, I have to change my zoom to 100% to view swtor forums correctly, I used 125% for the rest of the internet.

Just remember the barrel is the most important upgrade on a blaster. A lvl23 barrel makes an orange lvl11 blaster in to a lvl23 blaster. Crafting is defenently slowing my leveling down and you have to invest either time or money, but I'm enjoying gathering and making good money.

You should either open fights with you crowd control ability or ctrl-1, you companion. If you're using both, you might want to open the companion quick bar and disable your companions area attacks, if your companion keeps breaking crowd control. Send your compaion towards the strongest enemy, while you kill off the weaker or heal your companion. If you're having trouble with timing your cooldowns, try testing different ways of displaying cooldowns in Preferences/User Interface/ scroll all the way down to Cooldown Settings and Cooldown Text Settings.

The level of the armoring determines the level of orange armor. As the hilt does for orange sabers and barrels for orange blasters. Spend your planetary commendations for armoring, hilts or barrels first, before you buy mods and enhancments.
