They said in a recent stream that there will be no patch 2.11. So if they stick to the 9 week schedule then 3.0 will be around November 11th.
Or it means we won't have any game updates for few months.

Tomb of Freedon Nadd was DC-ing people for the whole day. Huge lag spikes for everone else.
Also, 3 hours ago the whole server restarted, kicking EVERY SINGLE PLAYER.
So yeah, servers have issues.

Thanks to one of the videos you posted I found this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FP7D-O0oS4 I finally know where to look.

I think Community Team said during one of the streams that when Preferred will get access to Strongholds, they will also get an ability to sleep and sit, so maybe it's not working now because there was no patch/maintenence when this happened?

Quick note from OP, since my topic was necro-ed: now I know SWTOR is not canon, and a part of Legends, but that is OK, I like EU more than the movies, and at the moment this game is the only EU that is still developed. Yes, as a fan I'm hyped for new Episodes, but I also hope BioWare will make some crossovers with new Canon stuff.
Still, it's annoying that we didn't got any official statement from BioWare. They are still afraid to admit they are making Legends now. The only thing they say now is that they are "consulting with LucasArts" (I don't understand why they don't say "Lucasfilm", but whatever), with some PR bull*** about "creating true Star Wars stories". As a customer I feel cheated.

- At least 2 new planets with good story and characters
- New daily area on Manaan (with underwater parts)
- New original warzone
- New reskined versions of some current warzones (Civil War, Voidstar, Novare); same idea, set in different planet
- Dual spec
- Appearence tab (get rid of modding gear, I want changing my look be easier, cheaper and faster)
- New companion, and new conversations with current companions
- New species (Togruta!)
- New Strongholds (i.e. Hoth, Makeb, Manaan)
- New cool achievements to work for (for solo players, explorers)
- An option to replay class story
- No limit of NPCs and decorations in Strongholds (let me use all my hooks how I want to)
- More decoration rewards from Achievements
- More stuff (gear, decorations, toys) for high Legacy level (especially Living Legends)
- Crafting UI redesigned (it's awful and hard to use now)
- In-game Holonet page with news (from in-game perspective), short stories, maybe audio recordings; hire the guy who wrote last few shorts that were published with Forged Alliances

It's not Revan, it's the Emperor who possessed Revan's body. Look at his second lightsaber...
Also, Revan is not "a deadly force", he is a hero.

Don't give up on the possibility of more investment in the game. Episode 7 is a gamechanger.
It is, and I hope new movies will bring new players to the game, but it feels like Lucasfilm completly forgot about SWTOR: there is no mention of new patches or expansions (like Galactic Strongholds) in Star Wars Official Site, Blog, Facebook page or other social medias. We were even not sure if SWTOR is considered Legends or Canon after reboot, since the game is based mostly on EU, and it's still an ongoing project that is "moving forward" (and they said anything released in the future is Canon). Now we know it's Legends, but it was hard to even get any confirmation of that fact. It's cool EA started to mention SWTOR again, and I really hope general Star Wars marketing won't be just about OT and Rebels, like it is now...

The first FP I was in, two people responded. One guy said basically "Fukk WoW" and the other guy said "dont mention wow again". That was it. The other group that kicked me from the FP I saw under reason "wow is gay". I mean it's fine I guess I just wont mention WOW but still I was really surprised by how touchy people got lol.
It's because 99% of people that talk about WoW in this game are trolls. They think they are funny, but they are not, and most of players are tired of it. You probably scared this people, they assumed you are a troll, and you could ruin their FP, this is why they made this decision. I wouldn't do that personaly, I would say I played WoW for few hours, didn't liked it, and I love SWTOR, and just wait for your response. If agressive, then kick.

An elusive one for me
Same. I solo'ed Red Reaper 10 times and still nothing. That kind of farming (and PvE in general) is too boring for me so I think I will just wait for 3.0 and HM version of this FP
i didn't think it was possible to solo false emp and battle of illum even at 55?I have no issues with those on HM in PvP gear + augments.

I'm rather disappointed Marr's calling my agent at all.
I'm independent and don't exist as far as anyone's concerned. If anything the Agent should just dig up the info on Makeb herself, figure out how she can help the Empire and go. When the cutscene first started I thought that's what was happening. Pity it wasn't.
But I guess they wanted to standardize...
Thats the problem I have with most of endgame content: it just doesn't work with my Agent. I am independent. And when I want to join Lana and help their cause, she tells me I have to stay and help the Empire, because I am Imperial Intelligance? No, I am not!

If you're in to RPing (like, as I understand, a lot of people that are in to housing are) just make something up like someone broke in and moved your stuff around lol.
Or your Bounty Hunter and Smuggler were looking for more alcohol after the party in the Cantina was over.

It should be noted here before people get their hopes up: RotHC was never on a public beta or public test server. It was all internally tested.
It wasn't only internally tested, I know people that were part of closed beta. BioWare sent invites via e-mail, so same thing will probably happen this time.

I love the story, music (best scored FP so far, I love the mixture of OT Williams and KotOR score), dialogues and plot twist. Pure Star Wars/KotOR experience. Environment design is amazing recently, both Manaan and Rakata are stunning, same as Strongholds.
It's easy, yeah, but I liked the mechanics of the second boss and I'm sure this Flashpoint will be really challenging on HM.
Also I hope they will announce 3.0 this week...

Please read this part again
I never said that it wasnt my fault.
Yes, but you say it's a scam. And it's not, it's free market.

Yeah, score in Tatooine Stronghold is really good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zY7UK-6aaNA

Uhh, those "performance issues". I don't care about guilds, but they should increase NPC limit in our Stronghold, or completly remove it. I don't know what performance issues they have with those things. Limits, limits everywhere.

Jedi Sage Balance DPS is my favorite, and it fits your description. You can hit hard, you can provide some support with bubbles, pulls or even heals, it's very mobile and has a very good defensive ability (10 sec immunity), you can mez and slow people, you have aoe push and aoe damage. Good class for different objective situations and for pure PvP in ranked arenas.
-
I see what you did here.
-
3.0 which is the next "makeb" sized expansion
Well, we don't know that for sure. If 3.0 will come out in December, we will probably see 2.11, and maybe even 2.12

Gummybob* here!
Again, thanks for the group, it was a pleasure and fun to play with you, Tait! Can't wait for the next stream. Go Taiters Rangers!
*Yeah, thats not the best name, it was pretty spontaneous to join you there

Teaser this weekend most likely from PAX and the Seattle cantina thumbdrives.
Naah, they will tease Lehon for the 50th time, and new Cartel items.
-
It is a common bug, I hope it will get a fix ASAP.

Would be nice. I don't do dailies and events anymore because I don't have anything to do with reputation tokens, so I feel like doing it is pointless.
Rare items need to give more prestige!
